From the first design concept to move-in day, Doyle Homes' passion is creating unique spaces and quality homes for each client. Each home is a reflection of your personality, a collaboration of your dreams and our artisan skills. Doyle Homes began in 1997 with our desire to build a company that focused on customers.
From the time Jeff was a young child, he was always building things. His favorite toy was his tool box. Jeff's parents encouraged him to follow his dream, from building tree forts in the woods to building and remodeling homes today. After graduating at the top of his class at Michigan State University in Building Construction Management, Jeff was hired by the Centex Corporation, a national home builder.
We had the best experience with Doyle Homes while having our house built. Jeff Doyle is not only a pleasure to work with, but he has integrity and is honest and very knowledgeable. We love our home and if we had to do it all over again, we would still use Doyle Homes! Working with Jeff throughout the building process from beginning to end was very gratifying as both Patti and I are delighted with the home he built.

Doyle Homes have thought of everything when it comes to building. We were given a large binder with all the details for each phase of the build which keep everything on track. We also had a great experience working with Kim and RJ! Kim was incredibly helpful with design ideas, and was in constant communication with us about the progress of the build. RJ was patient with our questions and his attention to detail helped us create a beautiful new home.

Jeff Doyle and his team made the home building experience easy and stress free. They came up with suggestions and solved issues that came up during construction of a beautiful home on a very challenging lot. Stephan and I have been thrilled with both the process and the results of building with Doyle Homes. The whole team is fantastic. Their attention to detail and quality shines through in every way. From the first meeting to move in we knew we had the right builder. We met with several builders with our plans and when the bids were presented we had no doubt which to choose. I wanted to write a letter thanking you and your team, Jeff F. and Kim V. for the smooth construction of a very complicated architecturally designed custom home with advanced energy efficiency features. We reached our target of passive house air infiltration standards. The home energy use is about 20 kWh a day in the summer and about 50 kWh per day in the winter, and this includes 7-9 kWh a day charging my car. My energy bills are running about 60-80$ a month in the summer and 120-150$ a month in the winter with car charging.

We used Doyle to build our custom home in 2017-2018. Totally love the house. Jeff was involved with our meetings with the architect right up front and was involved with everything through the end of construction. We really appreciate having him guide us on decisions from the very beginning and his eye for detail through out. I'd highly recommend Doyle homes for anyone building a new home.
