They were good at the sale. Once we ordered and paid cash for it-customer service went out the door. For a product that was in stock and to be delivered in3 days took 3.5 weeks. We had to call numerous times without a return call. No apology ever given. Finally got our order. Product was Good quality but that was all

This was the worst experience we've ever had with a flooring contractor, and we've remodeled and built 6 homes! THEY DON'T CARE. They'll give you their contractor's phone numbers, because YOU'LL end up managing the contractors yourself. And they don't show up, and don't finish the job. My husband and I, who are in our 60's had to rent an air hammer, and finish hammering out the thin- set their demo crew left behind, because they never came back. Don't even get me started on the wood installer, who blew us off for 2 days, then walked off the job

This place has the worst customer service you can imagine. They will never return your calls or answer your questions when you call. They leave your house and property a mess, they only do the bare minimum , and they took 2 weeks longer than estimated. The floor had a bubble in it when they left and they wouldn't fix it. Now the bubble cracked and they won't fix it every time I call im told the person I talked to last isn't there and there is no notes for my complaint. This is under warranty but only for a fuw more months it feels like Jared and his grimy company is trying to make

I recently decided to update my kitchen and living room. Im by no means an expert so I had absolutely no idea what to expect. When i first called i got a girl named Kristina or christina. Either way, she was a super star. I'm sure i was a thorn in her side but she was able to answer every question quickly and made the entire project effortless. There was a point where i was over budget but their amazing team was able to give me a deal on some similar material. Everything was done on time and professionally. I recently had new countertops installed on top off my 1970's cabinets. The project was more work than anticipated with many extra cuts needed, uneven surfaces and walls. Daniel and his father could not have provided better service. They arrived on time and stayed well into the night. Their communication about some of the hurdles they ran into was great and walked me through what they were doing. Will definitely be using SD flooring for any projects down the road.

I came in with an idea of what I wanted but wanted to see options. The sales team did an amazing job helping me figure out the route I was going to take with my design. I recently went through SD Flooring to get my flooring redone due to some water damage & overall had a great experience. The sales team was very knowledgeable on the products they sell & made sure to push things along quickly as I have children & didn't want to leave us in our current situation long. Very happy with the countertop installation from SD Flooring! I didn’t feel pressured to get the more expensive options by the salespeople. There were a great variety of options but they helped us pick the slabs that would match our current home designs. The installation was finished on time and my new kitchen countertop looks great! We found ourselves with the difficult task of finding hardwood flooring that would match -- or compliment -- our existing flooring which was no longer in production. Jared solved that problem in a flash! Based on quotes from other retailers/installers I had budgeted $5500 for the project. Jared's bid: $3400! The flooring itself was 18% lower cost, and the labor bid was HALF what my favorite Mexican crew charged! It was installed by Colby and Bo who were incredibly fast and smooth -- and were good guys to deal with, to boot! They handled a large, delicate piece of furniture with skill

I just used SD Flooring center to demo my existing flooring and install vinyl throughout my 3 story home. Colby and his team were used for the install and did an amazing job. The floor looks great and for a competitive price too. Colby and Leo were professional, always showed up on time as scheduled, worked full days, and had my flooring installed faster than I had expected. They were also very responsive to any questions I had in a very timely manner and easy to get hold of with any concerns I had.

Believe the bad reviews! Poor service start to finish.
We had to call the contractor for scheduling, some days there were no shows. Trash piled up in my back yard even though multiple requests were made to empty it every day. My stainless steel refrigerator was scratched.
The short cuts were a plenty. I had to finish the drywall in our kitchen.
I was told by the owner that we chose the wrong contractor. Even though he came from the same company. We still have a piece of countertop that needs replacing. Installers Robbie and Monty deserve better. They do good work.

I just bought laminate flooring from here. I should have looked at their yelp reviews before buying from them. The saleswoman seemed really knowledgeable. When it came time to pay as I'm handing my cc to pay she explains oh BTW there is an additional $150 delivery fee to their store -not my house mind you. If I didn't pay it I would have to pick it up from the warehouse in Anaheim. Ugh. I should have left right then. I didn't because we were anxious to get this project done before spring break.

I wanted a flooring company that can get rid of my carpets and install new wood laminate instead. I came to SD Flooring per the recommendation of a neighbor. The service at SD Flooring is great! The staff were friendly and helped us pick the right wood flooring for our house. There were a lot of designs and colors to choose from, so we greatly appreciated their help in narrowing down our options. The entire process took several weeks, but it turned out really great! Our house looked almost brand new and I couldn’t be any happier. I’ll definitely be back for my future projects.

We were looking to replace our carpets and found SD Flooring on Google. We wanted to remodel our house floor so we found SD Flooring during the summer. They were very nice to show us many samples and discussed what our needs were. They were very cooperative to finish my floor before a certain deadline. The Mirage Hardwood SM Aged Maple Black floor looks sooo great!
