Chose Solana Flooring to replace my existing carpet in a tri level home with many stairs. I initially was going to have some of the areas replaced with wood or a simulated wood.
The samples in the showroom were more than enough to choose from with excellent, quality choices of all flooring materials I was interested in.
Jeanne was wonderful to work with, very experienced and professional, and accommodating to my busy schedule. Mick, Whittney, and the installers all took part in making this process an overall remarkable experience.

I had a upstairs toilet tank crack while sleeping, besides all the water damage to drywall, my complete flooring upstairs and downstairs had to be removed and replaced. I highly recommend Solana Flooring! Dave has done everything possible to give me the information I need to make the right choice for my wood floors. He's been honest, informative and gone the extra mile by letting me view some of the recent floors they've installed. The floors looked beautiful and the customers were extremly happy. I haven't picked out my floors yet because I'm having a tough time deciding on the color etc. but I felt the need to let others know how great Dave and his staff have been in doing everything they can to help me with this tough decision. Five stars aren’t enough for us to rate Solana Flooring. We had them install luxury vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards throughout our two-story home. Dave Bone, the flooring specialist who runs the showroom and Mik Sziros, owner and head of the installation team (Elias and Gabriel) did an outstanding job. With a great attitude, these friendly and professional flooring experts created a great new look for our home. From start to finish, their attention to detail, meticulous work and cleanup more than met our expectations. Highly recommended!

I worked with Ryan and Dave. Overwhelmingly positive experience. ~900 sqft of demo, leveling, and new floors including a stair case. My final invoice came in a couple hundred less than what they bid, indicative of conservatism in bidding and honesty upon completion.
Dave was knowledgable and direct, but still very polite. I accomplished with him in 30 minutes what took more than a few hours at other shops during the bid process.

Dave and Mik provided us with a customized and personalized upscale flooring experience. We wanted to work with a small local shop that offered a more unique range of flooring. We also wanted more eco friendly choices. Dave showed me a type of carpet padding that is eco friendly and green. He also educated me about different carpet options that would work for pets and children. I really liked that Dave spent time to go over everything with me and that he is not some random sales person at a large box type setting. Solana Flooring installed hardwood flooring in my townhouse 5 years ago now. The floors continue to look fantastic and are my favorite home upgrade. They took out our gross old tile and carpet and installed engineered hardwoods all throughout my living room, dining room, 1 bedroom, a full flight of stairs and 3 landings. At the same time, we also had slate tiles added around our fireplace, and those look wonderful as well. The entire time, everyone we worked with was really nice and professional. Thanks for making my house more lovely!

These guys know their flooring and work very hard to make every client happy. I have worked with Dave a few times, he is very organised and detail oriented which is what you want in a flooring contractor. While I have not personally used Dave's services, I've had several people referred to him who have. All of them rave about his professionalism, quality and fair pricing. The fact that he runs a very efficient operation allows him to keep his pricing low while offering outstanding service.
