Lee spent extra time seeing if he could fix my fridge since parts for the likely cause are no longer available. He was able to fix it and didn’t cost us anymore than the service fee. Was very knowledgeable and taught us what to look for if it stops working again. Would highly recommend.

Had them come out to repair hearing element. When the first repair guy left there was a noise that made is sound like something was off. They sent out another repair man, LEE, and he listened and did his do diligence about searching for the source of the noise. He found it and showed me the problem. He put the dryer back together and it is music to my ears now. No more high pitched noises. Thank you so much Lee!!

We started our experience with a furnace that needed repair and filed a claim through our home warranty company that assigned my issue to them. From the start they were on the ball with everything from having me scheduled for a technician to look at my furnace to ensuring everything was fixed and resolved to my liking before leaving. Jason came out to fix an issue with our ice maker today. He called to give me a estimated arrival time, had all the parts needed in hand, and got the job done quickly but was very thorough. Cleaned up the water that got on the floor before he left. We felt he did an awesome job!

Mike came and instantly knew what the issue was with our brand new dishwasher. Home Depot delivered and installed it without confirming that it ran a cycle. No matter what we did we could not get it to run. It would just beep like it wasn’t latched. Home Depot was absolutely ZERO help along with the outsourced delivery/installation company. GE is amazing and so is MIKE from this service company. Would love to have him be our go to guy for any and all services in the future. Thank you! You saved us!
