As past employee I can tell you it's a really awful place to work. Boyd is a tyrant with zero leadership skills, his son is even worse. No training or support. Dismal pay with no path for advancement. Atrocious morning meetings. Shop is in disarray. Trucks are run down. Paperwork is an antiquated system copied from some franchise. Verbally abusive and toxic work atmosphere. No fun, no joy. Staffed mostly with ill tempered Mexicans with little to poor english skills. If your looking for a career path in A.C., this is not the place.

They installed a fireplace into our home including the purchase of a blower. However, they did not install a blower, even though it was paid for. I had two appointments scheduled with them over summer, and I was canceled with the excuse that “they were too busy over summer due to air conditioning repair” so trying to be understanding I told her we could reschedule to a less busier time. Charese was supposed to call me the first week in September to reschedule, but obviously I did not receive a call. We set a date, but I did not hear from anyone. Awesome company and great customer service. The owner was so extremely helpful. Thank you so much! He came out within 10 minutes and assisted me in repairing my AC, because it wasn’t such a massive job he gave me a break on the price. Turns out just a fuse was blown. My furnace recently went out and I called them to come and look at it. They came out on time and the day that was scheduled, and fixed my furnace. Their pricing was very reasonable. Their office staff was amazing and called to let let me know they were on their way. She was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Disappointed! I called and made an appointment to have my furnace serviced. I was told they don't make appointments for Fridays, so I chose another day. I was not going to be able to be home on the day they were supposed to come, so my Son-in-law said he would be here for them. My daughter ended up making arrangements to get off work early. They NEVER called or NEVER showed up. When I called them to find out what happened - I was told that they needed to reschedule and that they had called and left a message - which I never got. They don't seem to care whether they get business or not.

I scheduled to have my gas fireplace repaired.They called me the day of the appointment and cancel because too many other clients were without heat, and I wasn't a priority. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later and they did the exact same thing. I even arranged from work to be home that day. Had I wanted to try and reschedule again (which I didn't) they wouldn't have been able to help for 4 more weeks. Now, I get that a cold house is much more important than a fireplace repair. And I am grateful my family was not without heat, but unless you have a "heat emergency" don't use this company. You just aren

Forced Aire decided to skip our appointment on 10/19 with no communication from anyone at the company. We waited and waited for several hours past our 12-2PM window, but nothing. My wife called several times when technician didn't show up, and she left several messages. We didn't hear anything back. When we got back in to town yesterday my wife called to see what happened and to reschedule. The receptionist was rude and said "we have no openings for appointments through the end of November - call someone else" and hung up on my wife! AVOID this mess! I wish we had.

We moved into a new home on July 8, 2015, in which the fireplaces had been installed by this company. We've had problems with the fireplaces from the very start, and Forced Aire has been unable to correct the issues. We've spent countless hours attempting to get the fireplaces working, and it now seems that Forced Aire's response is to NOT respond. They don't return our calls; when we got through to them one time, they hung up on us. We've asked the manufacturer of the fireplace for help, and they've been very responsive but have told us this is an installer issue
