Real life, respectable people! I called Capital this morning with what I thought was a broken furnace. The man who answered the phone, Rob, one of the owners, took my information. He then proceeded to say let me ask you some questions and possibly save you a service call! WHAT? I was floored, that is how they make money, why would he want to do that? I’ll tell you why, because they are good people! We troubleshooted on the phone and FIXED the issue. He suspected what the issue was and told me how to remedy it! He very easily could have come out to my home and earned that service fee. I am blown

We contacted them because they had previously installed the other A/C unit in our home, and had also done an impeccable job installing duct work in our home. I have used Capitol Heating and Air since we bought our first home over 6 years ago. Rob and his team are TOP notch, super smart and professional. They keep my HVAC system running smooth. One night our AC condenser ceased operation completely, the fan would not function at all. Luckily it wasn’t an absolute emergency so I was able to wait until the next day. That night I got in touch with Rob and he said he could come out and take a look at it the following day. Our quote on the installation was exactly what it cost us. No hidden fees or surprises. Rob jr. And the crew were such nice guys to have in our home, they made sure everything was cleaned up every day, and we had no questions. The finished product looks amazing. They are so professional, and cleaned up nicer than what it was when they came. So happy we chose them and would recommend them to anyone!

Cannot say enough good things about Rob and the guys at Capitol! They are ALWAYS on time and more professional than most people who I have had do work on my home. I don’t trust just anyone to work on my house but I’d trust these guys with a key to the front door!
The maintenance plan makes keeping the HVAC serviced easy. Capitol does my private home and rental property. Since I’ve owned a house I’ve never called anyone else and unless they go out of business I never will!

What a wonderful crew to work with. Rob came out during a heat wave for us when our AC unit stopped working. He discovered that it wasn’t fixable, so he helped us get a new unit. They went above and beyond working with our home owners insurance to help us get the best deal. They completed the installation very quickly and efficient. Our favorite part was how they took time to kindly interact with our kids and pets, when they would interrupt their work, instead of acting bothered. In addition to fixing our AC, they also addressed some issues with our furnace. This is such a well rounded, fun
