Ray (later found out he was the owner) is amazing!!! He embodies the type of small business owner we all want to support. He was knowledgeable, and patient. He actually spent time educating me on they way a/c units work. Definitely something he did not need to do on a week when he was swamped with work caused by Hurricane Ida. I later found out his office was also flooded and was still under several inches/feet of water. Yet, all his staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Last week our propane boiler wouldn't fire up, so I called Tru North. Ray took my call and set up a time for Chris to come out. He was on time (as they always are), quickly found the problem and got us up and running. He saw that we needed a couple of replacement parts to keep the problem from recurring. They were ordered, and 2 days later, Haley from Tru North came out and installed them. Haley is the first female HVAC technician my wife and I have met, and she was great. The people from Tru North are the kind of folks you want to work in your house. You'll know what I mean as soon as they show

From the initial visit, receiving the proposal, install, and follow-up Tru North handled everything smoothly. Matt was the lead on my installation. He took the time to explain the install and was available for questions. When I had to call the office for questions Sharon would get back to me promptly and be very friendly. I'm satisfied with the work and feel that we have a quality HVAC replacement.
