Our Miele dishwasher registered F14 code and stopped working. My husband, a specialty contractor, researched companies and chose, A Plus Appliance Repair, located in San Francisco. They also service Marin County where we live.
The owner, Emil, arrived exactly on time and couldn't have been friendlier. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the dishwasher with precision. The culprit---two food labels--- stuck in the motor!
To fix the problem, he had to nearly disassemble the dishwasher, which he did expertly and neatly. Then he had to put it back together to test his work, again PERFECTION! I was

Alex came out diagnosed, gave a quote for option one and option repair two… how much did we want to spend to mend or fix. Then we set the time to come back for repairs.
Fast & efficient!
Repair day Alex brought the parts and got it repaired and tested within an hour. 💯 would recommend and call again for our gas range and other appliances.

I'm a renter so I can't speak on the costs of the repair but I had a great experience with Vlad fixing my refrigerator. He diagnosed the issue, got my property management company's permission to replace the faulty part, and fixed my fridge in an hour and a half. It did take a few days to get Vlad over, so they may be busy but I had a good experience.

We were really pleased with the work our technician Vlad did on our stove/oven. He was on-time, friendly, and did the work in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again if we have a problem in the future.

These folks are who you really want to repair your critical appliances. In the age of COVID, a washer is such a critical appliance. Emil diagnosed the problem after he questioned me over the phone. His diagnosis was burned motor controller. He came with a new part. He took out the old part and it sure was burned black. Everything happened so fast that I began to worry if this is it. I had a similar experience from long time ago. It took 2 visits, a few hours each. But Emil didn't leave till I loaded a much happier washing machine with dirty laundry and we both witnessed. It worked. No ifs or buts

My LG refrigerator decided to call it quits in the middle of the lockdown. None of the repair shops I was referred to by LG for warranty repair were willing to come, because I live out of their service area. Apparently, if you are on the Peninsula and you need your LG appliance repaired under warranty, you are out of luck, and the process of arranging a warranty repair by a provider out of their network can take weeks to get the work authorized and parts shipped... absolutely ridiculous...
I was lucky to find this place. Emil is a life saver.. He showed up the next day to diagnose the problem

Technician intentionally misled me regarding the cost of repair.
First, he claimed that he had ordered the part I requested on August 12. When I called back a week later for an update, the office claimed that the part had been ordered but was delayed in shipping due to COVID - understandable. Then when I called back again on September 1, they claimed the part had never been ordered, due to a lack of availability.
He claimed that a particular part was not available from the manufacturer, and that I would have to purchase a bundle that included the part I needed as well as other more expensive
