We've used All European multiple times over the years for everything from a faulty ice-maker, dead dishwasher to burnt out oven. They really know their stuff and have always solved our issues quickly. Our recent tech, Leon even remembered our last repair from years ago and greeted us with a friendly "Hello Again!". AI can't count the number of times I've recommended them to neighbors and friends.

We had a technician evaluate an appliance of ours and he determined it was a timer problem, and that no parts were available for our machine anymore, and we'd need to buy a new machine. We called the manufacturer who assured us that timer and other parts were indeed available for our model. We had a different company come out and they said it was not the timer but was a start/stop button. He replaced the button in a couple of days and we saved over $600.00 dollars by not buying a new appliance.

Emil came to fix our wine fridge when it wouldn't hold a consistent temperature. He was extremely knowledgeable about Sub Zeroes and was happy to explain the problem to us in a way we understood. Honestly, he's a delight to work with. Later, when our Sub Zero freezer stopped working, he was incredibly responsive and got us back up and running again. We felt like we were in great hands the whole time.

Thank you fellow Yelpers! The 5 star rating is about right. Called All European appliance repair based on the high rating when my LG dryer started to make a slight "thumping" sound. The dryer is about 15 years old but I'm not prepared to part with it. Anyways, the tech shows up early for the service, hears the sound and wasn't sure if he can make it go away. Not feeling the love, I said ok and started to pay him just to come over. The tech reiterated that I should let him "service" the dryer so I don't waste good money. I agreed, he took the dryer apart

Emil called ahead before the appointment window to ask if he could come early. He was professional, knowledgeable, good-natured, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed what he thought needed repairs and proceeded to look up the part online with me. He then quoted how much it would be with parts (with a discount on the parts) and labor. He even helped clear a clogged water line in the process. I intend to ask him back if any of my appliances need servicing in the future. Thanks Emil!

I called the company to find out if they could work on an old Wolf Range. They sent Serge, who was on time. He took my oven apart, cleaned as he did the repair, did the repair, and when I came home and tried the stove it worked perfectly. If I could give a 10 star review to Serge and the company, I would. Courteous, knowledgeable and problem solved.

I have used All European Appliance for years for multiple repairs. From my refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, and most recently my washer and dryer.
The first technician I met was Leon and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. After one interaction with him, I requested him every time after that. He explains the problem right away and gives you a list of options on how to fix it.
Their prices are very reasonable and I would 100% trust them with any of my appliances going forward.
They are the best in the business!

Super thorough and speedy service! Dmitri quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues with both our dishwasher and washer. Turns our our ancient heater was sending debris throughout the house, clogging valves in all units. Everything is exchanged and cleaned out now. Thank you very much for the great service! I called for someone to check my Mytag Washer which started to make a knocking sound. Not only did they send Leon in a couple of hours but he gave me a detailed explanation of what was broken, estimate and options. Since it would take a few days to order the parts, I had a find a way to drain the water. Leon went the extra mile to patiently drain the water with a hose and made pleasant conversations too. Great service!

We have found our go to appliance service and company. I called Monday of the week between Christmas and New Year's, and they were responsive with a service repair man within 24 hours. Sergei could not have been more polite, clean, knowledgeable, and pragmatic with his advice. He identified for issues with our Electrolux washing machine from the very simple (using too much detergent as evidenced by suds on an empty cycle), to having a loose door, to clogging of a water outlet inside the machine. We had a conversation about the value of fixing versus replacing. I really appreciated his honesty

All 4 burners on our Wolf gas range were clicking non-stop. Based on a recommendation- I called All European Appliance Repair, never dreaming someone would be able to come the next day (which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving!). Emil came on time and was competent and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and warned me that if he was not able to remove a part to replace the igniters, the cost of replacing the entire burner could exceed $200/burner (gulp). Luckily- that did not happen and he was able to replace the igniters for about half that cost. They've been working quietly

Our refrigerator was leaking from within. We had gotten one estimate in excess of $5,000 to repair it. We called All European. They were at our home the very next day and were able to repair the fridge for a mere $225. They were covid compliant, very neat and tidy, and helped me unload and reload the fridge and freezer for the service.
Amazing customer service and no fuss, no muss experience.

Alex is very professional and experienced. He helped us resolve an ongoing oven issue that was hard to diagnose and fix. He was flexible in accommodating our work schedules and came during the evening time and worked till night time. The issue was hard to resolve and yet Alex was persistent and did not give up trying to find new solutions until it was finally fixed. We can finally use our oven for the first time.

Bosch Axxis+ washer fill-ing with water, making all the right noises, but not spinning. Of course, called All European Appliance Repair based on my previous experience with their expert service.
Got an appointment the same day. The tech (sorry, forgot your name) showed up early (!! what contractor shows up early??!) and diagnosed the problem immediately.
Within an hour, the issue was remedied, and the tech was on his way. Fair price for clean clothes, and great service. 5+ stars for All European Appliance Repair. I will be calling
