We needed a storage unit on very short notice and Dave was so accommodating and willing to work with us. We had a last minute change of plans and no longer needed the unit, but we would definitely have used it had the other opportunity not come up. I highly recommend this location - excellent customer service, convenient, clean... all around a great option.

I purchased a storage unit from them about 8 years ago. I never had trouble with them until I was moving out. They saw me packing things to move out of the storage I had left a few things there to pick up later. I went back a couple of weeks later and quite a few things were missing, quite expensive things were missing. I went in to go talk to the owner he said he was sorry they thought I'd already moved out well my lease was not up yet, I still had another 2 weeks to go. He offered no compensation no discount nothing. So I would be very leery about renting from them.

Had to get a last minute storage unit, and they were still willing to give us one after hours so that we could move our stuff in. Staff in the office was very kind and professional. The intention was only suppose to be a few days, and ended up extending past our deadline to be out. Spoke to the owner and explained our situation, and he was more than willing to work with us. That was beyond what we expected, since we had to extend twice. Greatest customer service we've experienced in a long time, and they saved us so much money! We would definitely recommend them to ANYONE seeking storage facilities
