Renting the unit was great! I rented here for over a year, only leaving because I’m moving out of the city. Everyone was very kind and helpful, the place is very clean, easy access. Everything I was looking for! My only problem is that the moving truck is not free, despite saying it on the truck and being told that when first renting. They charge by mileage (which makes sense and is totally fine) but they also charge me two other fees, one of them being more than it said in the contract I had to sign. Would still definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Salt Lake area!

I just recently moved from a different state to SLC for work and am very greatful that I found this storage facility near my place of work. I felt very comfortable storing my stuff here. I looked around like 10 other places before I chose Box-n-Lock at 1785 W Sequoia Vista Circle in Salt Lake City. Facility is fairly new, well kept, safe and more importantly friendly staff. Sam is a very nice person which handled my agreement, paperwork and has provided great service. The other day I had to access the place after hrs and Sam promptly responded to my request and topped it with a smile. Highly recommend.

I have rented storage units from park city to Orange County for over 15 years . I recently emptied two of them and searched for a place in Salt Lake. Box-N-lock had a great review on yelp so I checked it out. I am so impressed with this storage complex. Box-N-Lock has a great location and freeway access, it's clean (spotless) with generous unloading space. Angie the manager takes it to a five star plus. They go above and beyond at this place. I researched a number of storage places in Salt Lake City and after reading reviews I chose to come here and see for myself. The ladies working here are incredibly helpful and the customer service they provided was excellent. I did my homework online, then looked at a half dozen places in person before deciding that Box-n-Lock couldn't be beat. It's new, clean, well-designed, secure, and well-priced. The managers are efficient, friendly, and helpful. What's not to like? I saw some pretty grody, pretty sketchy places around town but Box-n-Lock is not like that at all. It's a solid, modern facility and I'd recommend it to anyone in the valley.

New to town. Spent time yesterday looking for climate controlled 10 x 20 storage unit for household goods we will be storing until we find a permanent residence. Larger units are scarce in SLC. Finding one in a climate controlled facility with convenient first floor access, is near impossible. After online research of and visits to 4 different facilities, we serendipitously drove by Box N Lock which wasn't even on our list. Karla showed us around and we found and leased a GREAT unit in their climate controlled section. First floor, easy access. Ty Karla!
