The entire transaction experience with Chapman was no stress. The car delivered was what I had ordered and at the price I was quoted. The trade in offer they made was fair and did not change during the time (3 months) that I had to wait for the truck I ordered to be delivered.

Best service experience ever!!! I sent in an email to and a lady called me back within an hour and got me booked in for my oil change and recall. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a man named Alfredo! He was an excellent assistant service manager. He went through all of the software downloads that my jeep needed and even though I had to wait because my car needed the extra downloads, he made sure I was taken care of. He got me an u we ride to the diner to grab breakfast/lunch. Raymond the technician sent me this awesome video showing me what he was doing while working on my car

I had a great experience ordering and purchasing my new 2022 Maverick at Chapman. They make the ordering process very transparent and easy. They also do not play games with you like most other Ford dealers in Pennsylvania, so I highly recommend them. Both Steve and James were extremely friendly and accommodating, making the process stress free and easy! Great job guys.

Excellent experience, I ordered a new F250 on 8/25/21 and received it in early December. It was a very smooth process and any questions I had were answered quickly. Chapman is 700 miles from me but I wouldn't hesitate to order another vehicle from them. Actually, I live in Louisville Ky. where the truck I got from them was built but couldn't get any dealers around here to cooperate, so I went with Chapman and would do so again.

No BS, no games, just an easy process. Started my purchase online from out of state (VA) and they took care of me. In and out in about 45 mins.
Also, I had to drop off the rental car I came to the dealer in, and Matt paid for a Lyft driver to bring me over to the dealer.

Ordered and picked up this beauty from Chapman. Excellent sales team and finance was the smoothest transaction I have ever had when it comes to getting a vehicle. Found an accessory part missing when I inspected the vehicle and the sales team wasted no time in working to get me that missing part without a blink of an eye. Highly recommend giving Chapman a call before other dealerships. Their current promotions are industry leading so stop wasting your money somewhere else and give Chapman a call.

I have never had such a seamless car purchasing experience until I worked with the team at Chapman. They made the entire process of ordering my new vehicle very pleasant. The best part about it is that I am not even from the state of Pennsylvania. Despite that, they went above and beyond to make sure everything about the process was painless for me. This is how car buying should be ,and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
