Fantastic out of state buying experience.
I recently purchased a used Audi from CarsIndex. I was a bit nervous buying a car out of state (and never once seeing it in person or test driving it) but the process went smoothly and I will certainly do it again in the future.
My contact, Jessie, stayed in constant contact with me regarding the paperwork (which they completely took care of for me, registration, title transfer, the works, I did not have to lift a finger) she sent me pictures and videos upon request so I could see every angle of the car. She even did a smell test to make sure the car

Thanks to their diligent staff I was able to have the car in my possession in less than a week, despite me living in Virginia. This was my first time dealing with a dealership (I always bought my cars outright, but I wanted to build some credit so I tried a dealership who I thought I could trust)
They sold me a car that was absolutely trashed. Rims needed refinishing and were bent and cracked, tires had cuts in them which I don't even know how that is possible, daytime running lights started glitching as soon as I got home. Alignment was terrible and bearings were humming beyond belief...
Overall itwas my mistake because I showed up late in the day and didn't have a chance to give the car the overlook I would normally

I bought a Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 from these guys and they are an amazing team. Mary and crew are the best. The buying process was done efficiently since everything was done online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I will definitely come back for my next car.

Jesse and Ty treated us amazingly. Jesse made sure to make the process as quick and painless as possible. Ty made sure the the car was prepped and ready. Both were very personable and maybe it a less stressful event. Even when I was at home Jess made sure to keep me update on the situtation and allowed us to do paperwork at home to speed up the process. She was even nice enough to help us buy a secound key and driver manual. I would highly recommend to buy a car here
