Well, after I posted my review saying it had been almost a year, they hadn't come out to fix the gate (which was not right from the beginning) I got an immediate response from Jerry the owner who said they would be out Friday if they finished a project "up north". Well, at about 4pm I get an email saying they were delayed in the project up north and would be doing service calls on Monday. Well, 5:30pm Monday, no call, no show.
I do not know what I am going to have to do to get my gate fixed. Bay News 9?

I had a new gate and approximate 6 ft fence put on that faces the street. The owner made sure I was happy and came out a second time to make sure I was satisfied. They worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and what I payed for. I appreciate that and would recommend them because of this. My new gate and latch look great and works well.

They actually had some good reviews so I don't know what happened. They came back once to reverse the gates for even though the paperwork and I told them that the gates opened in they ignored me had them open out. After they finished that, I just wanted them to go. I will finish it myself. I will not recommend them to anyone.
