Having some potential issues with ice dam on our roof, so I called last Tuesday ( Tuesday the 29th)to schedule an estimate for today ( Feb 4th)
Well, they never showed, when I called to check the status, the woman on the phone ( not who I spoke with last week), told me I was not even on the schedule??.
I mentioned to her that the girl I spoke with last week even repeated back to me the day and time for estimate, I was told " you are not on our schedule ").
I was also not told some important information when scheduling estimate as to whom needs to be home, also a fail on their end.
Whats funny

Universal roofing did an excellent job with our roof! We had hail damage from a big storm that hit Omaha, NE. My 20 year old roof had old wind damage that the company representative noticed. He met with my insurance adjuster and the insurance company paid for my new roof.
