I recently purchased a new house and immediately began renovations on it. As soon as it was possible, Harvey, the Store Manager came to my home to measure for the carpet I had already chosen. He immediately checked stock, and informed me my choice was backordered. After a few days of considering living with no carpet temporarily - it was just going in 2 bedrooms and the stairs, we decided to change the color of the same carpet. Working w Harvey at Yorba Linda LA Carpet was so easy. There were a lot of samples in the store, we picked our floor out, Harvey came to the house to measure the room and within a week our room was complete! I hired this company (the Corona) location to do my carpet and a handicap walk in shower. Today was the carpet and removal of some wood flooring. They moved my furniture and replaced it as asked were very polite and found an old envelope of cash I long forgot about and placed it on my kitchen counter. The guy also fixed a section of my wood floor in my hallway. The crew I got was awesome. Highly recommend!

DO NOT use this company! I hired them to install flooring at my house and have been dealing with poor installation, damage, failure to paint baseboards as agreed upon (which I have in writing!), horrible customer service, and literally being laughed at to my face and disrespected to the point I had to repeatedly ask the installers to remove themselves from my home...while he aggressively stood between me and my front door yelling over me. My sister contracted with L.A. Carpet in Yorba Linda to renovate her 900 square feet Condominium. She had it rented out for about 15 years so you can imagine how it looked like when the last tenants left. Thanks to LA Carpet in Yorba Linda and its manager, Harvey. I'm not sure about other LA Carpet stores but the owner of this store and the staff are some of the least professional people I have ever come across. The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in to look at flooring samples and get pricing information. I had a specific product in mind. They told me to look at flooring samples that are no longer even manufactured. When he finally did call about the specific flooring I wanted he refused to discuss pricing over the phone or email saying he's a business owner and who runs a business like that. He made my wife feel uncomfortable

Ted was really easy to work with (not pushy at all) and was very helpful when deciding what flooring to go with.
Fazan an and his installation team were amazing! They were very hard working and made our floors look beautiful! We were extremely impressed on how well they did the stairs. Each one took about an hour as everything was hand cut around the spindles. Other companies wouldn't even do this!!

We came to this store due to the high Yelp ratings. We regret that decision. Here are the issues:
1) they were ill equipped to discover the different flooring thickness of the already installed floors compared to the new flooring. Therefore the transitions were too large for a decent transition strip. A competent flooring company would have noticed this and placed flooring material under the newly purchased flooring.
2) they did not finish off the stairs with a skirt (as seen in the pictures). One salesman said it was included In all flooring, and one salesman said it is not included without it

I am very pleased with the work I had done. Even though it was a small space, Harvey made it easy for me by coming out and assessing the area and giving me a fair price. Most other companies would not come out to give me an estimate and as a mother with 4 kids and working full time it can be a challenge. I would definitely recommend.

We just had LA Carpet install new kitchen countertops, sink and backsplash. Everything was finished within a week and we are thrilled with the result. Everything was installed very nicely. The crew were really great, they were very polite and listened to all our questions, they were very helpful and cleaned after they finished their work. We hire LA carpet to remodel our kitchen the sales rep Harvey was very nice. We ended up getting 50% off and zero interest in one year financing. we are extremely happy with how it turned out. they were very professional and now our kitchen looks beautiful. We got The kitchen cabinets the countertops and the backsplash. I would highly recommend and give five stars to LA carpeta and five stars to Harvey.
