Augustin and his crew remodeled two bathrooms and converted my outdated bath tub to a walk in shower. Also, plumbed for and installed a new washer/dryer. They did an excellent job. Very responsive to any question or concern. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved to SoCal and purchased our house remotely and had KBKoncepts remodel the entire house. We met with Augustine only once, then maintained communications by phone and email. Augustin and his crew remodeled my master bathroom a little over a year ago and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Everything has held up wonderfully. Augustin is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. I appreciated being able to ask his advice on so many things and getting honest, helpful answers. The work was done to the highest of standards and in a timely manner. The whole crew was professional and especially Paul with his craftsmanship that made the most of the marble materials we chose and the overall outcome. We just completed our second project using KBKoncept. Augustin and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling our Jack and Jill-type bathrooms. Living in Laguna Woods, space is a premium, so we discussed our plans with Augustin and he and his crew created two beautiful bathrooms, complete with new electrical and plumbing, vanities, mirrors, two walk-in showers and a laundry area. We love this remodel!
I rely on Augustin's experience in construction as well as design. Our showers came out beautifully thanks to Paul's creativity. Augustin suggested using metal edges to match many of our fixtures

Had KBKONCEPT demo and reconstruct two bathrooms. They handled everything from obtaining permits, abatement, demo, repiping & plumbing, electric, tile work, and reconstruction. All work was done on time and in budget. Most importantly, they listen to what we wanted and achieved the desired results. We highly recommend KBKONCEPT.

I rarely write a review, but I was so impressed with the quality of workmanship and the professional manner of the workers at KBKoncept that I felt it would be helpful to someone who wants to remodel a bathroom. I knew when they were going to arrive each day and they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. They replaced a tub with a walk in shower and put in a new vanity top and toilet. The end result couldn't have been more perfect.

I would give KBKoncept more than 5 stars if I could. We were so impressed with Augustin and his team from start to finish. There was a commitment from the beginning to doing the job well and on schedule. My husband and I interviewed at least 5 companies to remodel our master bath. We chose KBKoncept and are so impressed with our remodel. Augustin has a team of Master craftsman.
Augustin guided us through the remodel from beginning to end. The first day they arrived, several hours were spent on prepping the house. The floors and ceilings were completely covered with heavy duty materials for protection. We dreaded the demo day as we had our quest bath remodeled a few years ago and it was a big mess! This was just the opposite. Each day they were finished, everything was cleaned up and very tidy

My mother purchased a home in Laguna Woods and the bath and kitchen were original from the 1960s. After interviewing several contractors, we selected Augustin at KBKoncept. Augustin's bid was not only reasonable, but he made good suggestions, listened and was very patient with my Mom who is in her 80s. We have used this company for several remodeling or repair jobs. They have installed laminate, done interior drywall repair, interior painting of walls and cabinets, remodeled our master and guest bathrooms, installed recessed lighting, rerouted some pipe after a slab leak, and probably a few more things I'm forgetting.

Augustin just finished our job and we got the final inspection. I highly recommend Augustin due to the work he just did for us it came out beautiful we are very satisfied when there was any problem he took care of it right away he was there for us. he came highly recommended and now I understand why. the best recommendation I got was the inspector who came from the city said if he had a job to do he would certainly go with Augustin and his crew that's how how professional and trustworthy they are.

I want to recommend and give five stars for the kitchen & bathroom remodeling project KBKONCEPT completed recently in my Laguna Woods condo.
Augustin and his crew did a great job on completely remodeling the kitchen and the two bathrooms I have.
They also installed new flooring, new moldings and painted the entire condo.
They work very clean, are very knowledgeable and detail oriented.
