I recently used this service to clean 5 area rugs. First, it took a month to bring my rugs back, then brought out the wrong rugs. Also, my large living room rug was torn on the side and has a large lump in the middle. I still have someone else's rug that's not mines. The four rugs that were returned to me was not cleaned and had a bad oder in it. I have made numerous calls and left messages for someone to call me back with no response from this company. I do not recommend this company at all!

We set up for carpet cleaning at 2 pm on 12/11/2020. But the people did not show up on time. I had to leave by that time. When Jay (I am not sure the spelling) called me around 2:30 pm I asked him what time was it? He said he did not know? Very unprofessional. I ended up not using the service.
Owner responded today stating that I insisted the appointment time was 1:30pm. Look at my complaint. I did say the appointment time was 2 pm. He claimed that he showed up on time.
