John has worked in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. As a young man, he started his career at a very well-known and reputable HVAC company in the tri-state area, where he stayed for 18 years. I cannot say enough great things about John and his team. From the first phone call to having our new boiler system installed everyone was, not only professional, but extremely informative and so kind. As first time homeowners with a cracked boiler leaking water everywhere we frantically called as many companies as we could. John and his team treated us as if we were their friends. Awesome company to do business with! John’s crew installed a Dakin mini split air conditioner in my basement yesterday. His crew arrived on time and did a very professional job. They were knowledgeable,friendly,and very neat and clean in my home. John had previously come for an estimate and answered all my questions relating to the project. My central air has not worked in my mobile home for 3 years. The unit never got the room cold and had to use portable units to cool the house off. I called Scarpelli Mechanical and they sent Omar. He was great. He did a thorough investigation and found a few issues that he corrected. Central a/c is working better than it’s ever been. I couldn’t be happier to find this company and have a true pro like Omar.
