Run and never call this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a quote for a sink in November 2021 in my kitchen. Got a written estimate for around $470. I said thanks for the estimate and didn't use their service. I received an email Jan 3rd saying my account is past due and threatening legal action. I responded saying I never had the work done. Today I received a phone call saying my card was being charged!!!! Charged for work I never had done. Illegal practices. The better business bureau and city licensing are going to be notified. In addition, I made a police report regarding this

I called Goode this afternoon, and they had someone here within two hours to take a look at my water heater.
Alex was quite personable (a pleasant surprise); he carefully inspected everything, assessed the situation, and gave me several scenarios of how to rectify the problem; all the pros, and all the cons. He was able to give me pricing on all scenarios and was knowledgeable about everything, even including financing and helping me to apply for it.
That is NOT something that I would expect a plumber to assist me with, and left me quite impressed.
I haven't yet made a final choice to go ahead

Highly recommend! Great (and fast!) customer service! The two guys that came out were friendly and knew their stuff, and resolved my issue (a slow/clogged drain that had been plaguing me off and on for years). Scheduling was fast (same day service, showing up within about an hour of when I first called), with clear communication about arrival times. Bonus points for giving my dog lots of pats!

Goode charged me nearly $1,000 for a $30 dollar part and less than an hour of work. Replacing a shower valve cartridge normally costs 1/3 of this price or less. It also did nothing to fix my problem, and turns out my original valve cartridge didn't even need to be replaced. When I called to ask why the cost was so high, I was told "we have insurance costs." Every plumber has insurance, so not sure how this is an explanation for charging over triple what others do.

The two guys that came over were spectacular! I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with people so nice, honest and helpful. They solved all my issues which weren’t as bad as I thought so I didn’t have an outrageous bill. Pricing was very fair. I couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with the work and responsiveness of Good Plumbing. We hired them to work on my parents' house after considering at least 4 other plumbing companies who, frankly, left us feeling as if we were being either taken advantage of or weren't responsive to our needs. Thankfully, this was not the case with Goode Plumbing.

I dealt with multiple people from this company who were all very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, there was a misdiagnosis with the problem (I live in a large condo building so I understand it can be challenging to find the source of water issues,) but Goode plumbing refunded me and made it right without me even having to ask. I highly recommend Goode plumbing. I had a non-emergent issue with water backing up in my basement bathroom whenever it rained, and Goode was able to send someone out in less than 24 hours. They quickly identified a the problem, suggested a fix, and took care of it all the same day. They also let me know my sump pump was on its last leg and were able to replace it the same day. The whole experience was fast, affordable, and handled really professionally.

Updating my review from 1 star to 5. The issues were finally resolved to more than satisfaction. The owner, Mike, came out to look at the situation and, reinstalled a new one and fixed it as it originally should have been. To top it off, got a complementary maintenance inspection plus many extra that were beyond what we expected. Thanks Mike.

I could not be more impressed with the expertise and top-notch service I received from the team of Alex, Brian and Karly at Goode. They diagnosed and fixed my problem immediately where previous plumbers from another well-known plumbing company failed after several visits. The Goode plumbers worked until 6:00 on a Saturday without complaint, rushing or emergency charges. Goode provided next-day service when I called and, after inspection by their quality assurance specialist, gave me costs up front. A plumber with many years of experience then fixed the problem. They are unreliable. For visits M-F, Goode does not guarantee any time slot, they call it "open call" which means they can show up at any time that day. With my work schedule I couldn't do an "anytime" situation, so opted to book Saturday 1-4p. Only to have them call at 3p on Saturday to tell me they wouldn't make it. Oh and they are charging you for visits! When I asked the woman to accommodate a time slot later, she said "this is just how our business works" and I could hear her sigh over the phone. So rude, and so unreliable. I would go elsewhere.

Goode plumbing is a very high quality plumbing service. The two plumbers they sent to my house were very competant, professional, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves really well. No complaints at all about the service I received.
The biggest problem is cost.
Goode is much more expensive then i expected. First, it's $60 for them to quote something. That $60 got applied to my bill, no problem. Then it was $480 for them to cut a hole in my ceiling to investigate a leaking AC condensate drain. Then it was another $500 for them to fix the PVC drain pipe. It ended up taking the two guys

I needed to replace the faucet in my basement sink. The plumber was very nice and worked quickly. They had a second guy come out and deliver the required parts so the plumber at my home could start working right away. He gave me two different options for me to choose from. The job was done quickly and he cleaned up pretty well.

Refuse to provide estimates/quotes despite multiple requests and explaining the problem and just kept saying they need to send a person out where they can they charge a "dispatch" fee which is waived if you choose to use them. They claimed that the sump pump was too old (12 years old, but working), that the back-up unit did not work (I regularly check the unit and checked it again after they left--It works fine) and they replaced working PVC, power supply or battery--I had recently replaced the battery myself.

During the cold weather of February, one of my kitchen sinks would not drain. My husband attempted to fix it by cleaning the trap, but that did not solve the problem. On recommendation of a friend, I called Goode Plumbing. They made an appointment for the next day and indicated that there was a $60.00 service call charge for coming out.

The great storm of 2020 my basement actually took on water. The impenetrable basement that has never taken on water even when my neighbors has, took on water. 2 sumps, 1 ejector, drain tiles... it happened. The water was just too fast.
