We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet all of your residential or commercial HVAC needs! There is a $95 inspection and diagnosis charge for service requests. We had G & R install a home humidifier on our furnace. They gave us a quote of $744. The humidifier they installed can be purchased on Amazon for $160. The technician took 1.75 hours to install. So basically, they charged $325 an hour for labor. They say they "Bringing Honesty and Integrity to HVAC". Not my experience.

I requested a furnace cleaning and service on three units. No fault of theirs , the furnaces were in need of replacement. When the units were removed , the units were filthy. They were not vacuumed out and the blower motors were covered in lintel like material. Nothing appears to have been lubed. I was charged for the cleanings . I furnish the filters and thermo couplers. I hired another company to install three new units.

Fantastic service. Rob was excellent. Fair, honest, and very professional. He wasn't trying to get every dollar he could out of me. He was very truthful about what did and didn't need to get done. I appreciate how efficient he was. I will request him next time I need service. Because he was so good I also did sign up for their yearly plan. Got my Ecobee working!

G & R Heating and Air has been a Godsend this year! Our AC unit broke over the summer, and they came the next day to install a new unit. Then, last week, our 21-year-old heater broke too. Jeremy assessed our needs, and gave me good options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He said the new unit would arrive early the next morning, which it did. Mike came to install the unit later that day. And after an already long day for him, he stayed until 11:00 p.m. to complete the installation. Jeremy came back the following day to make a minor adjustment. We're now enjoying a nice warm home! All

Great Customer Service at the beginning of business but NO customer service after the service was completed.
I believe their email system sends out feedback email automatically and I assume no one checks on it as I provided some feedbacks and no one is responding. It has been 11 days.

1. Fee was not well communicated. I know the $95 for coming out to my place to do an inspection as it was commuted when I made the reservation

G&R installed a new high-efficiency boiler for me. Had recently bought my home and the heating system failed and was so far off from any sort of standard setup it was mind boggling. They were able to troubleshoot everything and did an absolutely phenomenal job. Their response time, professionalism, and dedication to doing the best possible job were above and beyond. I would definitely highly recommend them!
