Spoke with Adam about a difficult garage heater install. He came out measured what was needed and provided me with an estimate. After agreeing to the price the work began very quickly very clean very professional!! Had a small issue that would come and go i called Independent heating and cooling to let them know and they were out the same day with in a couple hours to diagnose the issue and resolve it!! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANK YOU INDEPENDENT HEATING AND COOLING 👍👍👍👍👍!!!!!

Unfortunately the worst service provider I have encountered. Adam of Independent Heating and Cooling literally pounded on my blower motor with a hammer to release it from the blower wheel. Concerned with his hitting the motor with a hammer I offered WD40 or anti seize but he said it would not help. I later learned HVAC providers have a common "pull" tool designed to release the wheel from the motor without damage, a hammer is NOT necessary. The new blower wheel was also installed incorrectly. The rod from the blower motor has a flat side and the screws go in at the 12 and 3 position with 12 crucial
