They said they will be at my house at 10 in the morning but arrived about fifteen minutes early. Mr. Shifflett, the owner wanted to be sure that I was happy about the work they do. He pointed to the trees that needed work and asked me if what his crew has done is satisfactory. He also provided his input that showed his knowledge and experience about pruning trees and keeping them healthy.

Shifflett Tree Service are true professionals and experts in efficiency. Communication was great and they really exceeded our expectations. We needed SEVERAL branches taken down from 2 of our aged white oak trees and they were able to do the work in less than an hour from start to finish (finish including cleanup). Thank you Candace, Uncle Danny, Grandpa and highly skilled crew for making our backyard a safer area for our boys.

They were always on time when they said they would be there, and they did beautiful work. I believe their price was fair and the works was spectacular. NOTHING for me to do - everything was nicely cleaned up. They trimmed 5 very large trees in my yard in 3 hours - they brought a proper sized crew for the work. VERY impressed. HIGHLY recommend.

Shifflett Tree Service responded to an emergency situation within 30 minutes. They were able to quickly evaluate the needs to remove the tree that was leaning on my house. Within 18 hours the tree was removed. The clean up was efficient and very well done. Each of the workers were kind and courteous. Thanks so much!
