I have used CAAN fence twice now within a years time. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism from both the office staff and the installers. From the first phone call..to the affordable estimate and then onto the hard working crew... I wish I could give more stars.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a stress free project. They take care of all the details and follow up after the installation. So if you're looking for the best..give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

90 days later, my one day job is still not complete. Caan Fence ruined my lawn and left me with an $8000 eyesore of a fence for a whole summer. I have called and emailed countless times only to be repeatedly let down by incorrect parts orders, no shows and cancelled installation days.
Update: The response from the owner includes several statements that are just not true. They did not show up on the scheduled date. I waited around for half the day on the scheduled date and then they cancelled. A few days later, with no notice, I walked out of my house to find them digging in my yard. They also

This is one of the best experiences I've had. I purchased a fence from this company for my mother an she was very pleased with the services they provided. They came on time and the job was done in a timely manner. They even checked back with us to follow up on services rendered. I couldn't recommend a better company to use for fencing. I totally agree with Sarah, had them do my fence too and a year later I’m still dealing with these people for what was supposed to be a 3 day job, now a year later and they keep ignoring my calls and when they do book an appointment they never show up, I’ve stayed home multiple times from work just to be left with no one showing up. There is always another excuse and another appointment made to just go through the same thing over and over again...there are plenty of other people in the same situation, trust me I know... also very disappointed with the fact that Lowe’s puts their name and

Unreliable!!
Set up an appointment... "previous job taking longer than expected "
Rescheduled for the next Saturday ... " previous job taking longer than expected ".... They said they would keep us updated. We really wanted our fence fixed that day. We never received another phone call or email or anything....
Ours was a smaller job.. they gave us a great low estimate.. that is why we went with them. We definitely learned a lesson. I will happily pay twice as much as what they quoted us for someone to ACTUALLY SHOW UP.

This company has the worst customer service in the UNIVERSE. They cancel constantly. OR they don't show up at all. The guys that do the actual installation are GREAT! It's the office staff that do not know anything about customer service. If your appointment is late in the day, you can be sure they will not show it. If your appointment is first thing in the morning...guess what they are not coming. How do they stay in business? I used them through Lowe's Installation services. What a mistake.

We set up an appointment for Saturday morning for an estimate. They gave us a two hour window. They sent us a text to confirm our appointment. Then...nothing. We sat there for two hours waiting for them and they never showed up or called. Thanks for wasting our time.
