New fence is up and we are very happy with the quality of the materials, install and communication. Jim was great from the initial estimate through the install. Eddie did a great job and worked around all the crazy weather to make sure the install exceed our expectations!

We recently decided to put in a pool fence and finish fencing the remainder of our yard following a recent house addition. After looking at 6 providers, we went with Mutual fence. Jim wasn't the cheapest but he was reasonable and available. That was the last good impression that we had.
I want to emphasize this: Jim's price was fair and his team member's workmanship was extraordinary. The fences are tight and of a high quality.

Installers were extremely unprofessional, one went to hospital after overdosing; his coworker reported the next day. Now a few years later, I had six of seven posts completely fail on one side of my fence. The project cost almost ten thousand dollars. While removing old posts only one was set correctly with concrete. The rest just set in dirt so once the New England wind loosened it, it snapped from being rotted from the dirt with no drainage. I Would NEVER use this company again and removed their plague from my property. I have attached photos of the posts to their photo collection.

Just bought a new home and our neighbor recommended Mutual Fence. Jim was super easy to work with and answered all of my calls and questions quickly. We agreed on a price (which was the best quote of multiple I received) and day. Ed arrived on time and installed a beautiful fence. He even went out of his way to help address a drainage issue and used the extra dirt to plug up some gaps in the existing fence to keep our Husky neighbors little snout on his side of the fence. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!

I called mutual fence company when snow was on the ground to have 3 pickets fence sections replaced and maybe more . They were completely down . He said sure and to call him when the ground wasnt frozen . I called and we set up a morning he could meet me at my moms to repair fence . He cancelled our meeting and told me he was busy working .. i asked what day we could meet the following week and he told me he was working ?? So i again called with no response. Its hard to get a fence company this time of year . I thought i had a fence company because i had hot his assurance in the winter . DO NOT

I have to say I am pretty disappointed. I scheduled an estimate and after I called to make sure they were coming, the guy started asking what other companies I had already received estimates from. When I politely declined to disclose that information, he said he was not interested in the job. I arranged to be home today for this, and it ended up being a complete waste of my time. I cannot recommend this company.
