We have over 11 years experience working with insurance companies on hail and wind claims in Houston and the surrounding areas. In many cases, we have assisted insurance companies with identification of damage and estimating the claim. We know what to look for, how to process your claim and make sure you get the funds necessary to compensate for your losses.
It does not matter how old your roof is as far as determining whether your insurance pays or not. I spoke to Trey Gaither of Houston Strong Roofing, who drew up the contract and made sure I was with happy with all of the details; the color and quality of the shingles. The job was set for 6:30am on a Friday and the crew was on time and under the supervision of Chris Duran. Chris kept in constant contact with me and my husband during the roof installation. Chris ensured that we were completely satisfied and went above and beyond what was expected. The crew completed the job by 3pm which was quicker than expected.
