Called to schedule a same day emergency service. Spoke with “Janelle” and she set something up and when I asked for a copy of their insurance for my HOA she tells me to send an email request to “Alex”. Sent the request, didn’t hear back. An hour before my appointment window I followed up and spoke with someone who talks to Alex and comes back and says, sorry, we hire third party contractors and can’t provide insurance for them. Ok, so can they put me in touch with the contractor directly to get insurance? No, they won’t do that, which says to me whomever they were hiring doesn’t

Called this company a few days ago in order to have them service a hard water filter at one of my properties. On the fist day, they said someone would be out within an hour, then called back and said they would reschedule for the next day.
Next day rolls around, they never show up. I call them and they say they will get someone out within the next 2 hours. Nobody shows up, nobody calls with an explanation.
I call today for an update, and their "emergency line" goes straight to voicemail. Absolute joke of a company. Do not use.

First Call came highly recommended and I now see why. John provided me with a practical solution for a leaking shower drain that other wide would have required demo work. He also used his camera to identify where tree roots have entered my sewer line and presented me with options for my next steps, It was evident that not only does John care about his work, but he cares about his clients. It was a bonus that these prices were so reasonable.

We were a little nervous about hiring First Call Plumbing but these guys were beyond professionals from the moment I called to schedule with their dispatch team, my experience was nothing shy to top-shelf. John showed up on time, worked diligently and professionally. He even did a little extra work outside of the scope of what they were hired to do. amazing. Do not hesitate to call First Call, jairo was just here repairing our issue. we had a leaking pipe that needed to be fixed ASAP due to a lot of water coming through ceiling downstairs & he did a great job! as soon as he got here he shut off water and got straight to work . he was very professional & knowledgeable i highly recommend.

The plumbing company did an amazing job! Their plumber was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that would need to be done to fix our new faucet installation. The quote was easy to understand and he was able to complete the work right away. I have no issue since the installation and am very happy with the results. The company values their customers and have great company ethics. I will definitely recommend the plumbing company and will use them again in near future.
