The lady that answered the phone is very rude and unfriendly

It should im assuming so thats not a direct answer to my question and i asked to speak with a supervisor ans she hanged up the phone
Refused to give me her name was yelling at me how do you expect to get potential customers when your yelling at one
A manager should want their customer happy and d9 anything they can to make them happy not tell them their wasting there time and do i want the service or not and refusing to give out her name a manager should have no issue with giving his or her name out

I called them to clear out a bathroom drain and they were able to come the first thing in the morning the next day. Tech was well-versed and courteous and unclogged the drain in less than 15 mins. ProTeam Plumbers is hands down the best plumbing company in the town. I hired them to replace our bathtub and they took great care of the job. Their tech was extremely professional and wearing booties to keep my house clean. He cleaned up after the job was done. My dad is very picky because he says a lot of plumbers just want money and don't get the job done right .We read the reviews to this company and they were really good. We decided to go with this company to change our water heater for a tank less water heater my dads always wanted. We paid a good place and they walked us thru the steps with the new one. My dad was 100% happy with the service.
