I normally never give reviews. Just moved to the neighborhood and had no idea I ran out of oil. Called to see if I could become a customer and get oil. They said not until the morning. If you were a customer you would be able to get a night time delivery. I said great sign me up. They then told me not tonight you would have to call in the morning. No heat on the 1st really cold night of the year with children and them not wanting to accommodate??? I thought this was a family company? Very disappointed and they lost a customer by how they handled that call.

I bought a house and this company serviced my furnace prior to my buying it. I called them to look at it because I bought the house in the summer and didn't need the furnace but now that the weather is colder I need my heat, but the furnace stopped working. When I called them- one of their techs told me he cannot help me because I did not buy oil from him. He said houses get sold all the time and he does not want to spend the time to look/repair it and then I look elsewhere for oil. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with that lack of concern or poor customer service; so I

Called them in a pinch after the original oil company that was supposed to deliver to us never showed the day before Thanksgiving! A few minutes after we called the answering service we got a call from the owner who assured us we wouldn't need an emergency delivery and set up delivery for us for the next possible regular delivery. They now have lifetime customers and we will recommend to everyone. Thanks Bystrek's!
