Travis went over & above to clear my sewage line. He ran the snake repeatedly to locate & clear the line in my 60 year old system. I called Econo-rooter when my first company could not come at the last minute. They called back and came out right away on Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I called and a very rude man with a thickest southern accent hang up on me when he didn't know the answer to my questions. I called again and he kept ignoring my calls. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Don't bother, there are hundreds of plumbing companies in Jax, don't waste your money and patience with this horrible one.

This is my second time using these guys- both times the guy that came out was professional and took care of business, and today the guy from Econo Rooter unclogged our drain that 2 guys from A1 Septic couldn't fix! And they charged a very fair price! I'm very impressed with Econo Rooter!

Refused to do the work requested. Insisted on entering House when all i wanted was for them to use the roof vents and clear the downstream pipes out. Said he had to come inside, which is not true and I am not going to risk my sister's life so he can look at a sink

I called around 9 am for a drain cleaning since the deal was $99. I had to wait until 4 pm before the tech (Joe) finally showed up and then he proceed to bang around in my tub for an hour. Joe said that no progress had been made and then told me to continue working he would charge $95 an hour. Then out of nowhere he packed up his tools and left claiming he was "done" and was refused to work any longer. He left shortly after without claiming any pay and when I went into my bathroom to see what happened he had left my tub in awful disarray

I will never refer this company to anyone as long as they are in business. For starters I called them to unclog a routine blockage that occurs in my home about every two years , when they arrived I showed the guy where to snake it out and explained that it has been done there every other time with great success then he proceeded to tell me that he was going to run it from the outside to the septic. Well after he realized that drain was clear he ran it partway under the Home billed me almost $200 and said it's cleared. The next morning the drain backed up again I called as it was under warranty

Run!!! If you're thinking of using this company!! They are irresponsible and will not give you any information including the name of their insurance company! Makes me wonder if they really have insurance like they advertise. They came into my home damaged walls and doorways and the owner wants to insist they had nothing to do with it! His tech that came out to do our service admitted to it, but the Owner says he's not responsible. The tech said now he had a reason to fire his helper because he was tired of the kid damaging things but the Owner says it's not his responsibility. The

My check bounced. they talked to us like we were yesterday's trash. used profanity. i went over at lunch break the next business day to pay for the bounced check and the office was closed for the afternoon. took off work the next morning to go back. the same day i paid them, they sent a certified letter to my house threatening to put a lean on my home after i paid them. they also charged me $45.00 extra for the check.
