My wife and I were looking for a company in Anson County to service our parents HVAC system. Steele Mechanical was the only company in the area who would work with a third party for payment and treated our parents with dignity and respect. Steele Mechanical was prompt and efficient. Please do not waste time on companies who advertise that they are a Christian based company, but choose a company that demonstrate Christian values and treat people well. We were given Steele Mechanical's name as a reference from another HVAC firm who could not handle our particular situation. I called, set up an appointment and 2 gentlemen arrived on time. They evaluated the problem we were having, and said they would have to come back with parts, they ordered the parts, and returned to fix the issue. This alone makes me happy, that someone will tell you they will be at your house at 10am, and they are there at 10am, with parts in hand ready to try to resolve your issue. I highly recommend this firm. In our case, we were addressing an old boiler/radiator system

I called at least 10 other companies trying to get someone to come out and repair my A/C unit with no success. I called Remy and he made time to come out even though it was 8pm. He diagnosed the problem and stayed until 10:15 to get my air back going. Class act! I would definitely recommend Steele Mechanical
