Typical minimum overhead business. You can never get anyone to pick up the phone or to return your calls when you leave a message. I called the "Technical" HQ in San Francisco, LOL. Can't say I am terribly impressed with a company when I call their Tech HQ and get crickets chirping (do crickets chirp?)-- never mind, they're not dependable (Green Ray LED not the crickets). If they don't have the staff or investment capital to hire even ONE receptionist for a potential sales call, then I can imagine how tough it is to get them if you are attempting, for example, to get support

So I've heard of LED lights being super efficient and "Green" for awhile now but never really thought much about it. Finally after checking out the LEDs on the bay bridge I googled it and found Green Ray LED had an SF office here in the north beach -fisherman's wharf area. I called them up and they offered to do a "free energy audit". They actually sent their Rep over to my office to check out my current lighting setup and how much energy Im using. The rep was here for maybe 30min or so counting my lights and asking questions about my preferences. He left
