¡Terrible! ¡Terrible! This Company Called Lancelot's is has terrible service they have me waiting today from 12 noon to 2 pm and right now is 3 a hour later, and nobody have showed up and call me, I really don't recommend this company i am very upset my time is valuable and they never had call me to let me know if they're going to be late. I will give a zero to this company, very in responsible it seems like most of the Plumbers have a bad reputation of not showing up our not calling customers back. The only way i will remove this review is if this company compensate me for my lost valuable time

Good employees but not enough of them, 8 days with no hot water, water heater will not be hooked up unless I buy a new one from them pretty much being forced to pay to get my hot water back on. Home energy insurance is the worst experience ever if u don’t buy from them u get no coverage. They didn’t care of elders living here that need hot water and didn’t pick up the trash they made. Bottom line if I don’t buy a new water heater which I don’t need they won’t connect the one I had. 👎🏼 Lancelot’s plumbing is the company they sent out.

This is one of the best company's that I've dealt with in a very long time...Professional from beginng to end with reasonable prices! Luis was punctual, prompt, & very polite. We even received a text to confirm appointment time & a courtesy text when he was in route for my appointment. I will definitely use them again & refer to others!

I had a small sink that was clogged up. It was so nice to be able to get an appointment on the same day as I called! Chris and Casey did the repair in short order and were incredibly neat/clean. There was no mess left behind. But, they went above and beyond...Chris noted that the flag over my house was very worn/torn and offered to take it down and dispose of it properly! I very much appreciated that. I'll use this company again should I have need in the future.
