Very bad experience. Very unprofessional. Was supposed to come back on second day, but was a no show. When came the next day, came much later than promised. Wanted to charge $297 to put freon in one refrigerator, which was not the initial price. I do not recommend.

The technician never showed up. When I called I was told they will have the tech call me with an ETA I waited 2 hours no call. Called back and was told the technician not responding and to take care. I will never use this company again. I took off work for absolutely nothing. I rate them a Zero because the guy on the phone was least bit concerned and unprofessional.

Horrible service, setup the appointment for same day service from 1-5p, got a call from the tech he was running late and he'd be at my home between 530-6p, he never showed up, no call, I called and texted him, no response. Wasted my afternoon waiting for them to show up, no apology, no call to setup another appointment. I had to use another company. Horrible customer service. 🤨👎

I was stressed out when I couldn’t get the microwave oven to turn on. My sister told me that I might need to replace it. It wasn’t that old, so I wasn’t keen on replacing it. He came to my place, ran a few tests on the microwave oven and explained the repair process needed. My microwave was back to normal after the repair. Ive used them twice for my dryer repair and one experience was great and the other was bad. 2 stars because they responded and sent someone the next day. Dude that came pretty much said he was replacing 2 sensors but I know theres only one. He also said he' give me a break and tell the company I didn't want the service and charged me under his own business which means I still had to pay the 85 dollar service fee which he somehow sent them then charged his 135 for a total of 220. If I had had the time to get someone else I would have because I knew he was getting over on me. I had another person
