Not a company you want to do business with. No integrity whatsoever! The tech told me the deal I was getting on the part. Normally $80 but I get it for $60 the exact part is on Amazon for $9.98. The tech said he had the part but it took him a long time to come back in to start the repairs. While doing the repairs he made a sound as if something happen. I said is everything ok, the tech said yes . After 3mnths 2 wks my Refrigerator stopped again. Called Metro to check a commercial freezer that I bought used. Freezer was working fine for 3 weeks but since it was used I needed to have an expert look at it and check a couple concerns I had. The guy that showed up had no clue about how the unit works. He made some many wiring changes and screwed up the entire unit to the point that wall circuit breaker was tripping and had to call him back. He came back and “fixed” but unit would not longer cool so I ended up just asked him to give me the money back and left. Called the company and they didn’t even attempt to come back to fix it right

I had a refrigerator repaired by them on 6/2/19; they changed 2 evaporating coils, one on the fridge and the other on the freezer section. Since the fridge section had not been cooling, I called on the warranty as promised for 6 months. They said they do not have a technician and had waited 2 days for a technician to show up. finally, a technician who does not even have a gauge to measure the temperature showed up at my house and tried to question me why the fridge was not working. He did not even look at the fridge and left the house that it is too hot. I called the office, who said your fridge
