15 years experience has left this business jaded and playing defense with customers. They seemed more interested in making sure that I understood their up front costs and policies than trying to set up for a repair. I understand that a business has to stay in business, but not every customer is trying to get to take advantage of a good repairman.

Al saved the day for me!!!! I purchased a dryer and the thermal fuse keep going out. The place were I purchased dryer from keep giving me the run around. I called Al and came out to service my dryer. Turns out my thermal fuse was going out because of the heating element. Al replaced the heating element and thermal for me. Dryer has been working ever since then.

Called Al Tuesday morning about a dishwasher issue. He called me within a couple of hours and said he would be by Wednesday morning, which he was. Diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what was required for repair. He found the part, showed back up and completed the repair for an honest price. Professional, courteous, patient, and very skilled. I highly recommend.

If you have any kitchen appliances that need repair, save yourself the time and money and give Al a call! I've used his services several times over the past few years, my stove on two different occasions and once on my stand up freezer. This was as easy as easy can be, called Friday, he was there ON TIME Saturday. He did a thorough inspection & repair of my washer & dryer, installed my water line for my refrigerator & we were done. #CanYouSayEasy
AL was super friendly & explained where the leaks could come from & what I needed to lookout for in the future. I will definitely keep his number for any future repairs & would recommend him.

I call Al's to set up a date and time for appointment, he ask me for my washer model number. Less than 20 minutes later he calls me back to tell me to check a part on the washer that might just need to be clean. So I clean it and did a test run. Washer works like it's brand new again. Once again everything was done over the phone, he didn't charge me, he could have made a lot of money just for a simple 5 minute fix but he's a down-to-earth honest person. I highly recommend him for your next appliance repairs!

I have used Al's services way back. He is always reliable and he knows what he is doing. He has kept my older appliances in very good working condition. This time, I called him because my Kitchen Aid washer would not go to spin mode. He came and he knew right away what the problem was. He fixed it. He tested it well before he left. I am happy with the results. I prefer to keep my older appliances like Kitchen Aid and Maytag as long as I can. They last for many many years.

We were missing some brackets to hold the timer / control panel on.
He replaced those brackets for no charge. He did not have them with him but he came back the next day and installed them. True to his word!!!
