WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Scheduled roofing repairs, paid the deposit and work was never started. I tried calling and calls went to voicemail. The company never returns call or respond to emails.
After days finally spoke with Jessica in the office. She apologized saying workers got behind, rescheduled me for a later date. Workers never showed up to begin repairs for the second time. Again, calls and emails are going unanswered. Completely unreliable
Takes your deposits and flees it appear. Again, Strongly would NOT recommend this company.

Dallas came out to do the inspection on August 3rd. On August 21st, I reached out to remind them to send estimate. Got estimate and agreed to cost. We paid 1/2 down and was told we were scheduled to have our roof repaired on Sept. 1st. On Sept 8th, I reached out to find out when they would start the roof, and was told the shingles will be delivered that day and they would begin. The next day, no one showed. I reached out again on Sept 13, 15, and 17th, which was the last I heard from Dallas. We never got communications when the guys did not show up on multiple occasions!! During that time

This is in response to the Yelp reply of Mr. Dallas at Steal 1st Roofing, I mean Source 1 Roofing. I have 0 interest in talking to Mr Dallas further but I am only responding so the public can be aware of the lies Mr Dallas has spewed about me on my Yelp review reply and they can see proof in the attachment I have posted. Dallas came out to do an inspection to give me an estimate of the repairs I needed. He used a drone as well to do the inspection and thought that was an added bonus. He said he'll have the quote ready later that night.
I hadn't heard from him in days and texted and called with no answer. Now over a week, I call and get a phone service that they are not in the office and will call me back. They never called back so I will not be using them for sure. I wanted to give them the benefit of maybe being busy but this is just neglect.

They didn't even come to the house to give us an estimate. Just sent an email with an estimate. Then there were a few ifs added. If this happens it will be this much and if that happens it will be this much. Didn't feel comfortable dealing like this...covid aside. They could have gone up on the roof after letting us know they were here and emailed an estimate with pictures...contact free

Dallas from Source 1 gave me a bid to replace tiles broken during a solar installation. The job was to be paid by the solar company. He estimated 300 tiles had been damaged and said the company had matching tiles saved from other jobs. He sent me the bid for $2,950.00 and also included a separate bid for other work he thought I might be interested in doing. As the solar company was paying, I accepted the bid only to replace the broken tiles. The company sent me an invoice for a 50% deposit of $1,475 which clearly showed the scope of work to include replacing 300 tiles. I paid the deposit. In June

Time wasted with this company.
I called to make an appointment on Thursday, May 21, and they made it for me today, Monday, May 25, between 8 and 10am they would come to my house to check my roof and make an estimate.
Before 8am they texted me that they were on the way, I waited for them until 10:30 am, I texted them and called the office to find out if they were coming and nobody answered me.
How unprofessional they are, both a person who was supposed to be on the way or the people in the office who never answered.
They made me waste several days waiting for them and not to call another company

From my first contact with Dallas at Source 1 roofing, it has been a painless and pleasant experience.  I found the company on Angie's list. First place I called and I didn't even call anyone else as he came over immediately. The estimate was very honest and fair. This company did a great job on my Casida. They have the most positive attitude. I just love dealing with them. They will bind over backwards to help you with your roofing problems. Awful to do business with. Spent over $2000 for a roofing repair only to have my roof leak after a heavy rain storm. The first question I was asked when I called was how much money i spent with them. Turns out they don't even have my invoice on file, which makes sense as to why I was never given one after my repair. Its been over one month since my first complaint and I was told by Dallas that its an easy fix and that they will be out the next day. Dallas and Kurt are the guys who come do the inspection. I had a scheduled appointment and they never called or came out to check out my roofing issues. Seems like they only come out if it convenient for them. Home Advisor is a sham due to the fact they don't even post the bad reviews. How will we ever know not to use a company if all you see is the good reviews. I didn't see any Neil I've reviews on Source 1 on their site. Never using them again.

Found this company on Home Advisor and decided to get a quote from them. They came out 2 days later and gave the quote to simply remove and replace mastic on my roof as the buyers of my home asked for it to be fixed prior to closing. Then my husband was texted that they would come out 1 week later at 8 am.

My husband tried to call day prior to confirm that they were coming out and he couldn't get a hold of anyone. Come 2pm the day of the "appointment" no one was seen or heard from. My husband tried calling the company again, and no answer. He finally got a call back and they stated

What a waist of time, found this company on yelp and home advisor and they scheduled to come out to check out my roof and skylight issue. Kurt and Dallas came out to my home on a Friday. Source 1 roofing was very knowledgeable and really did a great job communicating to me all my roofing needs as well as a few things I didnt know were necessary as well. They did great work, were very professional and cleaned up after they were done! I'd recommend them to a friend, for sure!!
