Horrible experience and still no resolution. A retro collectable Christmas tree disappeared during cleanup. The painters used the wrong paint and did a horrible job. I'm still cleaning paint splatter and sheetrock mud from my furniture and bathroom and they didn't even paint the bathroom. The only positive is the floor was installed professionally and the guy was respectful. They left a completely different color paint for touchups and we haven't been able to get anyone to bring the correct paint. They also didn't add

I had the unfortunate mishap of a ruptured pipe underneath my kitchen floor that damaged my entire downstairs!!! We discovered our office flooding by shear accident at 1:00 in the morning! We called immediately, and we reached a kind, empathetic real-live person NOT a machine! We were put in touch with someone who promised to be to our office first thing in the morning. And they were!!! They were responsive, communicative, on-time and professional. Bob showed up with a calming presence and walked us through what he saw and what he thought was needed and why. I got quite an education!! Call me Super impressed!! Had hot water pipes burst in the wall, Chris came out three hours after I called him, they immediately ripped out the wet sheet rock and the flooring. I never had to speak with an insurance adjuster, they turned my nightmare into a dream. I had heard horror stories about water damage, he assured me it would be taken care of and it was. Would recommend!

We were to enjoy Thanksgiving Holiday but unfortunately found out that there is a heavy leak going on flooding our basement and had to deal with it on emergency. Luckily we found Tide Wave to help us with this emergency leak and we’re very pleased with everything John and his company offered and fast accomplished for us so we even had a chance to still enjoy Turkey Day. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tidal Wave. I had a leak on a Saturday morning and John (the owner) was at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He went out of his way to temporize my issue and also told me what I needed to do to have it permanently fixed. Additionally, John and his team followed up with me after I had my HVAC unit serviced/fixed and brought a dehumidifier to ensure that my floor was properly dried. Everything Tidal Wave has done for me had been above + beyond. I will be using them any chance I get! Cannot recommend them enough!

No one ever wants to have to use a remediation company and sadly we've had several experiences. But we've never used Tidal Wave until this time -- about half of our house was impacted by a collapsed line and a subsequent overflowed toilet. Chris, Colin, and the owner Johnny have been amazing to work with. Tidal Wave has been an absolute nightmare. The staff are not up front people who rushed to tear my kitchen apart but reassure me that the adjuster can verified afterwards and no cost to me. This company after destroying my kitchen stated that certain insurance companies are hard to deal with. So knowing all of that with the insurance company that was said is one of the companies that is difficult to deal with, why would you think that it was okay to demolish my kitchen and not complete the work, because the insurance agency didn't wanted to give up anymore money. Very professional and honest. They came to see and assess the possible water damage due to punctured drain line in the bathroom. They looked around for a while and told me that the damage did not need a professional assistance. Instead, Johnny (owner) and Colin instructed me how to fix the problem myself. They did not even charge me anything, answered all of questions. They were both very friendly and very professional. Incredible service. Quick and personal service. We had a sewage backup flood our finished basement. We called Serv-pro and after waiting 2 1/2 hours for them to show up, I called Tidal wave response of Roswell and had immediate service. They were so helpful navigating insurance issues. Don't know what I would have done without them. Call them first before you call your insurance company.

Using Tidal Wave Response was a nightmare! They told me everything I wanted to hear but didn't follow through. Then they decided to file a lien on my home without notice. I never refused to pay them. They just decided to file the lien and the funny part is that the work order submitted was fraudulent! We had to do most of the work ourselves and also go back behind there work also. I am still trying to my life back together! I disputed the claim and I am waiting to hear back so I will come back for an update!
