No showed on me twice! I was planning on spending $15-25K for a new AC, furnace, and water heater - couldn't even get them to show up to give me an estimate. Their office staff is rude, their salespeople are confused and they will not be getting my business. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.

In October 2020, we realized we needed a large, expensive part. It took a month for it to arrive. It was installed and we never use the AC again in 2020. In May of 2021, we had the same problem again. The service person said it was the part that is faulty. It has been over two months and they have not received the part yet. It is hot in Fresno. Get the part and fix my air conditioning!

In the past 3 years we have spent $30,000 with this company. Solar installed first and then a new AC unit just 2 years ago. Loved our sales person (Sonny) but the service SUCKS. Got home from out of town on a 106 degree Fresno day (indoor temp 89) and called since it should be under warranty. Their first service appointment is over 2 weeks out. REALLY!!!! Called another contractor and they came out the very next day to replace the condenser (should last longer than 2 years). Too bad for a long standing Fresno company with a previously good reputation. Save the hassle... Don't trust these people

My 90 yr old Mom, a loyal customer for 25 years, always had them do a routine maintenance service twice a year, 1 for heating and 1 for a.c.
Friday June 25th
I called them that the a.c. wasn't working properly and her house was very warm, around 83 degrees. I was told I couldn't get a routine maintenance service until late August.
Saturday/Sunday June 26/27
Her house was 88/89 degrees inside, 106/108 degrees outside, no air flow, this past weekend.
Monday, June 28
I called them and said that we had an emergency and needed them to come out and fix the problem. I had smelled a

Air condtioner still under warranty. Was concerned that Freon was low. Understood $90 diagnostic charge.
Gilbert came out said Freon level was within normal range but not in full may need one to two pounds and if I was questioning if Freon decreasing there would be another charge for Leak detection " . Why would it be needing more Freon now and he was not willing to diagnose that without more charges even though unit was under warranty. My concern is if Freon at low normal range is something wrong that is covered by warranty. Why do I need to pay more to find that out. He didn't

I am reviewing DPD as a 5! A first visit to fix our air conditioning problem didn't quite fix the problem. I phoned and asked for help, and they showed back up within a couple of hours. The new technician was honest and said the problem was misdiagnosed and actually our motor was going out. I was worried I would have to pay even more money! But they replaced the motor and fixed our air conditioning at No Additional charge! This is why I will continue to give them my business and High Reccomendation!

Rick came out and gave us quote for a new A/C unit, his recommendation was right on spot, he didn't try to up sell us anything we didn't need. He is very professional and courteous and explained everything that we would be getting, I highly recommend Rick if you need an estimate. The day of our install the installers showed up promptly were very polite and did an excellent job on removing old unit and installing new unit, we were up and running by 3:00 pm, the same day, I highly recommend Mr. Cool.
