They are affordable for some furniture but they lack customer service they don't call and remind u when payments are due and just show up to your house to pick up items without even calling and asking if you wanted to make payment or what happened? Spaced out my payment date with everything going on during covid and they just showed up to my house didnt even call I was only late by 3 days when they showed up! They need better protocol and procedure how hard is it to pick up the phone probably easier than sending your men to my house!

I grew up here in Colorado and can remember all the bad experiences with RentACenter growing up. I saw my parents lose all their furniture because of bed bugs and poor craftsmanship for over priced furniture. i recently purchased a bedroom set and dinning table and couldn't be happier. My wife loves this place and is the reason why we chose this spot rather than American or any other place. Im very cautious with our finances as we are expecting our first baby soon and this place has allowed us to get everything we want within a reasonable budget. Highly recommend !

I bought a couch, a tv, a bedroom set, a kitchen table a little over a year ago, most of my bedroom is falling apart as well as the table (shakes a lot), I paid cash for everything, my tables was supposed to come w 6 chairs, they still owe me a chair, YES over a year ago, I got tired of calling them n reminding them so KEEP IT!! Everything was over priced so I thought it was good quality but is not, save ur time n money....oh n my name is Marcy I couldn’t change my daughters name on this account...

This guy who calls himself the president of this company MARIO CARRILLO came to my home peaking into and knocking on the windows of my home. He said he was looking for Maria. I explained to him that I had just moved into my new home and there was no maria. He insisted that he wanted to take a look inside my house to see if had some couches. I said numerous times because I don't know this guy and I thought he could be a home invader. He was really rude and he stood up to my face trying to fight me because I would not let him look inside of my house. I ended up calling the police and they told him
