Stay away! My oven had a door lock motor that was bad. I watched a few You Tube videos that showed the exact same issues my oven was having and how to test/replace the defective motor. I then went online and found many used and new replacement motors for that model of oven.
The serviceman could only come when I was at work. I left explicit directions with the dispatcher on want I wanted done. Take out the motor, get and order a new one. When I left home, I left the range top lifted so he could get right to it.
According to my wife, he took one look at the oven and pointed out some discoloration

The issue sir, was not that the part wasn't in stock. That was NOT the issue. That's not anyone's fault.
The problem & issue is how unprofessional and rude and condescending and disrespectful your "manager" is. Hung up on me multiple times. Completely unbelievable how they treat their customers. Look at the reviews and see how many times the customer states they got hung up on or how rude these females are in the office including the manager? You may want to get another manager before your business suffers even more.

Bought an LG French door refrigerator from LOWES with a 5 yr warranty , 3 yrs in it died . LOWES sent a guy out from the Bay Area , 3 times , he replaced the compressor but had an awful buzzing to it . Then they sent EFRAN from Appliance Service Plus out , he fixed it in 10 minutes, no more buzzing . This was Oct of 2020 , I live in CERES , CA.....

After 2 months of waiting, they missed their time frame window for service. Blamed me for not answering my phone after the service window, even though I called back within 2 minutes. I waited all day. They didn't notify me of my window the day of service I had to call in to get it myself. When calling to reschedule they wanted to push me back almost 2 more weeks. The manager hung up on me and when I called back transferred me to someone who did not state their position, who just yelled at me, and refused service without stating a reason for doing so.

Technician was professional and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the process being explained and the completed work being reviewed with me. The technician was polite and careful with my washer. I respect a company that does not treat its customers as just a number and allows their technician to run a test cycle after the work has been completed. The technician is a direct representation of the company, and I am pleased with the professionalism of the technician. Efrain is very knowledgeable and provided me with some useful strategies. This is a company worth my time.

Honest and professional service. I bought a fridgedaire in January and have problems with temperature control, interior water leak and cracks. I first had a&e repair come out under the warranty and tell me that the cracks were cosmetic and that they would replace the thermostat. They never called me back and closed my claim with no work being done. I complained to fridgedaire and a new service request was sent to appliance service plus. I explained the situation and the service technician examined the fridgedaire and contacted fridgedaire to discuss replacing my defective fridgedaire.

I asked the repair an to fill the tub of washer all the way and he refused , he was in my home for no more than ten minutes and claimed my washer was working properly He was not trying to work with me at all on the matter and left my house. I loaded the washer immediately I left and the washer did not spin fully and eat clothes soaked in water. They were dripping water and I had to run the spin cycle 2 times to take some of the water off . Horrible customer service. Peter, if his name is Peter belittle my wife and accused her of having me on speaker and it's against the law! Came out to fix an refrigerator issue and did not fix it kept giving us a reason they can't come back because the warranty service. What happened to make sure you stand by your work. Basically the reviews are true they will prolong the parts to keep you waiting and then they come and don't fix it. The technician was here for about max 5 minutes and left, ridiculous did not even investigate.

The guy that went to do the manual work was nice. But the lady that answers, and basically does all the costumer service is extremely rude. She will hang up on you multiple times. After waiting months on a "part" to arrive so they can fix my machine, they finally called to schedule an appointment, I give them a call back, and the same lady says they are still waiting on the part, and hangs up on me again.
Ps: they charged over $300 just to go check up on my machine, and then say they can't fix it, and then charge for the part, and I'm still waiting for them to return and fix

Had a great experience with Appliance Service Plus. Our clothes washer went out and had an error message. The time between our calling and getting appointment was short. The tech Luis was fabulous! Professional, courteous, and personable. He had brought a replacement part and had me back up and running quickly. My husband and I were both impressed with Luis and the overall experience.

We had an appointment today between 1 and 3, so when 3 pm had come and gone we called at 5 till 5 and the gal that answered to phone said the tech would be here between 5 and 6 that he was just finishing up at his last stop before us. Well, he never showed and we never got a call! Its so unprofessional not to call a customer!! 5 days later the tech calls and wants to come by but we did not answer the call.
