ZERO STARS. They are a scam!
Frank from A and R Appliance repair came 3 times to repair our dryer. He said he would have to order parts and that it would cost $222.22 (Weird,huh!). 2nd time he said he changed the parts and said that dryer was fixed. He lied. Dryer still didn’t work. My husband called and complained so Frank came a third time and said it was a problem with the air vent and he said he couldn’t do that.(online they say they do that all the time). We asked for our money back. No response. Called. Complained. They got $222.22 and did nothing.

Zero stars if I could. Please don't work with this service these people are very bad and selfish. They cause lots of problems. The owners and the employees are not respectful. When they come to your house they are also rude and come with an attitude. Very rude, they even hang up on your face. Even with home depot managers face.

Was assigned this business from home warranty. They replaced several parts including the control panel. I told them from the beginning it was a fuse, but they wouldn't listen. Finally when they replaced the fuse and the dishwasher began working I noticed that the control panel they replaced was generic and had none of the feature the model comes with. I have been working with the home warranty about this business keeps avoiding them. They have been sent 4 control panels in total and instructed to come replace it, but they claim they never received the parts. ...enough said, as I would just suggest

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service ever. The only good thing about this company, was Slavic, who was kind, prompt and efficient (on a separate project). But the supervisor was rude and demanding after totally missing my scheduled appointment slot. Instead of being accommodating for missing my appt (which I had to take off a half days work for) she was dismissive and hung up on me when I told her, I would report her behavior to American Home Shield. Obviously, there is a reason they have an overall rating of 1.5 stars! Horrible!!!

They are the most dishonest company other than Oakhurst plumbing that I know!! I wish I could give them half a star!!! I had them coming to fix my dishwasher, the guy said he was going to order the motor part! My insurance paid for it but he never came to replace it!! When I talked to the owner (he was actually really nice) he said his service guy said he came and took his word!! The owner was really nice and polite, but nothing got fixed!! So I had to pay again and another company (Universal Appliance they are amazing & honest!!!) to come to fix it!! And they actually came replace the motor and

This service call took 3 months to complete, 3 different service visits. I called the office to try to get answers and was promised a call back, but Never Received one. This was a repair through AHS and I hope they never use them again. I will say the repairman was friendly, but that doesn’t fix a 3 month wait !!!!! I do not recommend this company

I think we all know when we have a bad experience with service or a product we are quick to give a bad review. However when a company is deserving a good review we put doing it on the back burner and sometimes forget. A & R has done 2 or 3 repairs for use including our stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each time a young man named Andrew came by to do the repairs and was very professional and knowledgeable and was willing to wear his mask while in our home. The gals in the office were always very nice and willing to check on parts that were ordered for some of the repairs. I also believe you get
