I recently hired these guys do perform a termite inspection on my house. I their report they listed all the finding and priced each finding individually. Per their findings they recommended multiple times to tent the house and to fumigate it, also a few spot treatments. At the end they summed up all the prices and the grand total was ridiculous. While all I needed is one tenting and fumigation job. Per their recommendation they wanted me to pay the grand total (huge amount) while all I needed is to select one tent job that was a fraction of the cost. They did not make it clear that I can select

Wow. What a waste of time. I'd tell anyone who values their time to avoid Cardiff Pest Control. Their process for scheduling appointments is ridiculous. I made numerous attempts to schedule a time but never was able to because I couldn't get in touch with the technician. Unless you have time to just sit by your phone and wait for them to call back, you will have to be lucky enough to call them at a time they are in the office. Every time I called the technician was always out and never available. Every time I call I have to start this process over. I requested to bypass that process and just schedule

Critical: Responsiveness
Called these folks and was told a technician would call back the next day to set an appointment. That was in early December, still haven't heard back. Guaranteed, I won't be calling them back.
