The origins of The Pied Piper go back to the 13th century in the town of Hamelin, Germany. At this time, Hamelin was heavily infested with rats. The rats were fighting dogs, killing cats, biting babies, eating and drinking the town's cheese and soup, and destroying the townspeople's clothes. A legendary figure who claimed himself to be The Pied Piper got rid of the rats by charming them away with his flute playing.

I recently had one uninvited guest show up in my kitchen and needed an exterminator. I called, they came, their prices are very reasonable, and I have not seen any critters since.

I have been using another pest control service for years but found I needed to make a change due to their lack of responsiveness. Pied Piper was recommended by a dear friend whose family had utilized their services for quite some time. I reached out and received a quick response. Javier was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to meet my needs. (As an aside, my dog, who does not like strangers, took to Javier immediately. Frankly, this speaks volumes to me!). We discussed the plan for the first service as well as subsequent service. The pricing was fair and he listened to my concerns

My neighbor referred me to Pied Piper and I have been using them for over 6 years now. Through the years, I believe we have had 4 different technicians take care of the property. Although all did a good job in servicing my properly, Darryl has always gone above a beyond to ensure we have the coverage and protection from pests.. We haven't seen an ant in the house since we started the service, and even if we did, In know that Darryl would be there as needed after 1 call. Strongly recommend you do business with Pied Piper Pest Control!

Never an issue, always on time and very pleasant.
Travis is our service provider and is a very knowledgeable and respectful guy. He has been doing pest control for about 7 yrs. He is very pleasant and always let's us know when it about to service the yard when he arrives.
He asks us questions about bugs/ants/spiders to see what our particular issue might be at that time. That's a great thing to know since he is going to "formulate" a spray to meet those needs.

I have used Pied Piper for years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Most recently my service was exceptional. I have been landscaping my back yard and must have disrupted an anthill. The technician has been here twice. He has offered many tips for management. He recalled the landscaping and knew the crew was here working. He came at 630 am to spray the foundation where they are working so as not to expose the crew when they arrived at 8 am. That is exceptional in my opinion. Outstanding service.

On Friday this van was driving aggressively behind us on a one lane road in San Jose. We were already going well above the speed limit but this van kept closely tailing us. He decided to pass us on a double yellow lane while there was another car on the other lane. He could have created an accident. Reading the reviews, apparently this is not the first time someone has complained about the drivers for this company! If this is how their employees act while on the road, I can't imagine ever doing business with them.

We called Pied Piper because we heard some creatures crawling in our ceiling. Robert was sent to our home. He is the nicest guy! Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of our problem, fixed it, and came weekly to check. Of recent,we thought we heard some noise again, & Robert came back and told us that it was the squirrels on top of the house. He's a really nice, kind person. Thank you Robert!

Sal was amazing! I called and was able to have someone come the same day. My window was from 3-5p and he showed up at 2:59! He did a thorough analysis and was able to provide useful recommendations on next steps. He was considerate and knowledgeable and I took his advice and haven't had any further issues.
