Our water heater went out on a Saturday. Didn't realize until Saturday evening and left a message with Apex. Chuck immediately called me back and was willing to have someone come out by Sunday. We ended up scheduling the visit for Monday to save on labor costs. Aiden was their technician and was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend Apex and they also came in below several of the other quotes I received.

Third time using Apex Plumbing on my apartment building and will do so again if a need arise. impressed for a third time, so leaving an appreciative review. Chaz and Charles repaired a leaking drain pipe in the wall of one of my apartment units, and cut away some floor and drywall in a very clean way to allow for easy patch. Also, reduced their quote after finishing as they got it done quicker than expected. I can't ask for much more than that! -Jim

I reached out to Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. a few days ago for two clogged drains in my building. What was explained to me as a routine rodding quickly turned into a flooded kitchen and water damage to my basement.
Apex refuses to accept responsibility for the water damages caused by their technician ($1,700) and instead offered me a credit of $150. I refused their offer and will be perusing alternative means of compensation for their damage.

Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. Here's my personal opinion and why i think you should consider any other plumbing company besides APEX - Poor care for customer service. They're disrespectful, awful communication, and lie and make false promises of solving the problem.
I hired them to address my low water pressure in my multi-unit building. At the time of estimating the job, I was extra clear that pressure is my underlying problem and gave them as much information as I could. They said they could do the job and solve my problem because it seems like my rising pipes were really old galvanized piping. 2 days later they started
