After paying over $500 & less than 2 mos later the same problem I called & spoke to TJ he after arguing with him on the bad service, he sends another crew out, this is the 3rd set of guys, they tell me its going to cost another $1200, and to call with any questions, so I did he never ever return my call, I land up calling another company & find out that all the work that this company told me needed to be done, was not needed, & they were just trying to rip me off.DONT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEIR TECH HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL THIER DOING!!! OR THEY ARE TRAIN TO RIP PEOPLE OFF

The Ridge Energy crew arrived EXACTLY at 8am.....the crew removed an entire central heat/ac system from our mobile home. The existing system was outdated and no longer functioned. They installed a completely new system....new ac unit, new under floor ducting and installed ac vents in each room. While completing the project, the crew was very professional and efficient. Once the system had been installed, Anthony did a walkthrough with my wife and I and explained how the new thermostat operated and showed us the vent placement in each room. Before the crew left, they had cleaned up the job site

Although I was not at the scene of the repair, Hill kept me informed via phone of the problem, what caused it and what needed to be done. This is an employee who demonstrates a great work ethic! Called this place on Labor Day because they had amazing reviews and our ac decided it would be a good day to give up. Got a call back within an hour said they can send someone the following day the office would give me a call in the morning to let me know what time a tech can come out, informed me they will let me know the issue before fixing the problem (because we were concerned with costs being a first time home owner and all) because from what I described didn’t sound like we needed a new unit just yet. Well next day rolls in.. 11:30am still no phone call, so I call the office the receptionist

My previous unit went out in 3rd week of August. 15 year old unit was leaking Freon. No need to put any more money in that unit, so Joe, our repairman gave us the price on a new 4 ton unit. He got the old unit cooling again with the addition of 2 pounds of coolant and told us that he’d credit the price of the service call against the installation price of the new unit if I ordered a new unit within a week.

Very hot weekend and this was the fourth place I called (wish it was the first). The first three didn't even return my messages left with the answering service. These folks were there for us almost immediately. Obviously, they take customer service seriously. They were able to get us back up and running within minutes. Quick recharge on our older system. Will need a replacement soon, and I have a strong feeling I will not need to look any further than Ridge! Great example of company integrity.

Ridge put in our new unit a day earlier than promised!.Your employee's are the best! Thank you Ridge. If anyone asks me I will tell them to call you! I have your little magnetic red van on my fridge!

Randy was very professional and the service was prompt. We had to reschedule a few times and they worked with us each time. We were also at the mercy of Peace River Electric for a while and Ridge were very patient. As soon as I notified them that we were ready, they scheduled promptly.

I would like to give a HUGE Thank You to Chris and Tommy for coming out and installing my new air handler! They were very professional and worked in a timely manner. When they left our alarm on our thermostat started going off telling us to get to Fresh Air that CO2 was being detected. I called Ridge Energy and made them aware of the situation. I love honesty! These guys fixed what another AC company made a mess of. They were all professional and finally reworked what was needed and got my system up to code and now maybe I can kick back and appreciate my new AC, which if I had known about R.E.S., would probably have bought it from them. Here in Lake Wales, it's not so easy finding qualified help close by. Now if only they did landscaping...
