Do not buy from these people they are another non stocking AC "dealership" working out of a locked warehousing storefront with no inventory in hand.
They do not stock or have the items the sell, they reorder then and leave you wait. We paid for a new AC unit up front and it's gone from "24 hours" to "we don't know". When you demand a answer it's "please hold" for 45 minutes. A week later "well refund your money".
Expect to be held hostage and lied to about it!!!
***Update... As suspected 6 days later into the order and a dozen phone calls and being hung up on the "24 hour" order will be another

I would highly discourage anyone from buying anything from Budget Air if you expect any service after the sale. My 10 month old heat pump failed after 10 months due to a problem with the reversing valve. Even though I complied with all their policies, they refused to send the replacement parts. Here's an excerpt or my communication with them... evidently I'm not a "good customer"

I wish I could give a negative to this company. I wanted to purchase a Goodman unit. I now wished I had select another company. The sales department was not very responsive or helpful during the install. I'm a snowbird and was not here during the installation and friend handle the install for me. A month after the install and I came to check the new unit. Yes I knew the unit was working fine. But I did not know they during the installation the installers capped the my main water line to the house and placed the pad over the line. I had to have my main water line into the house

This is what customer service looks like! I cannot fathom a less than sterling review of these wonderful people: antisocial pathologies perhaps. Budget Air Supply is a rare jewel: timely, earnest, and clear communication; thorough knowledge of their trade; and they will bend over backwards to solve any issue...without prodding. I recently went to budget and had spoken with several of thier sales reps before going ahead with my purchase and they all were so helpful and didnt mind all the questions im also glad they arent like all the other guys charging almost double for these units. even the guys working downstairs loaded up my unit for me in the back of my truck and made sure everything was there before letting me leave this place is great so make sure you go ahead and check them out

Purchased my Goodman heat pump unit about a year ago and had them install a programmable thermostat - one that allows for temp inputs for different times of day and also switches from heat to cool as required. About a month ago my thermostat started acting wacky and I called to request service.
The very nice service technician said the thermostats made to switch from heat to cool automatically did not operate very well. He said in order to make it work and maintain at least the programmable settings from heat to cool, he would have to disable the auto heat/cool function. I thought this odd, but

Best price that I could find. I was also able to pick up the unit, after giving them advance notice of my arrival (they're really busy.) The kid that loaded the package unit and concrete pad in my pickup was a forklift wizard - guess he does that all day. While I was there, two other forklifts were busy loading pallets of equipment on tractor-trailers and unloading a truck from Goodman. These guys move a LOT of stuff, by the looks of things.

I ordered a complete AC unit and waited for 3 weeks after I had 3 emails from them indicating the unit was send!. Once they said the unit was damaged while in transit! 2nd they said wait another 5 business day and now they are saying I need to pay another $98.00 after $1237.00
I have more than 11 hours spending time with them and pay pall and ups and usps to collect my refund! Save yourself a bunch of headache and time , whenever you see the name

Thank goodness for Budget Air Supply! I was looking for a mini split ac system for my garage and none of the other ac supply stores in the orlando area would even talk to me because I wasnt a contractor! After ca few frustrating calls with other companies I called Budget Air and Tommy told me he would be happy to sell me what I needed. I drove there and was out within 30 min with my new split ac. The man who loaded the air handler in my pick up truck was an idiot and did not know what he was doing! I am a senior citizen and EXPECT the loader, Manny to have a CLUE about how he put yup the units in the truck. Manny put the air handler in an upright position in the back of my small pick up truck. Upright, like a refrigerator. Manny loaded the air handler with a fork lift.
