I've moved about seven times in the last ten years so I've worked with lots of different movers. This was definitely one of the best experiences that I've had. The company had great communication from the start which is something I've had trouble with from other movers in the past. Although we had to reschedule due to snow, they were great about getting in touch with me and figuring out a solution - they ended up coming in the next day so not much time lost. We just moved from the Queen Anne/SLU area of Seattle to Mercer Island. Our family was so impressed with the value, reliability, promptness in responses, efficiency and kindness of all the staff involved with our move from B&Z moving. Thrilled to give this place 5 stars. Moving is stressful enough and hiring movers even more so. I asked several moving companies for quotes, and Zac was the most responsive and followed up. The intake inventory form was a bit of a doozy, but everything else was smooth sailing.

We had some hiccups with our house closing and needed to shift our move date. Zac and Nyssa were responsive and helpful, and did their best to accommodate us.

I was so impressed with B&Z! We were very stressed about moving, but Zac and Joey handled it so efficiently and carefully. They beat their own estimated moving time and transported everything to the new place without any damages to either house. Both of them were professional, punctual, and very responsive, and we really appreciated how careful and thorough they were with making sure nothing got damaged in transit. We used B&Z movers for the first time today to move our 1 bedroom apt from Queen Anne to a townhome in West Seattle. Movers showed up on time and were nice kids. However, didn't have much sense of urgency in loading up the truck, one of which I saw sitting down or looking at his phone a couple times. Annoying since we're paying by the hour. They somehow got our address wrong for our new place and ended up about 20 mins away but they did not charge for the extra time which we appreciated. They were professional, efficient, and courteous -- I highly recommend them (in fact, will recommend them to my friend who is moving in a few months). Will called me as scheduled to notify me of their ETA, then they carefully assessed the move requirements and politely asked me questions before and during the move. They accommodated all of my asks and were mindful about sticking to the estimated timeframe.

It's very easy to write a good review for a service where everything went great and as expected. But you really get to know what the company is like when things go south, which is what happened for us. We had some large and heavy items on the inventory that needed to be moved and unfortunately, there was an accident. This resulted in our property being significantly damaged and part of the inventory as well. B&Z took responsibility: they made the repairs to the property (did a very good job) and reimbursed the damage to the inventory as well.

I couldn't (and wouldn't) recommend any other moving service! B&Z Moving Services were incredibly HONEST, CAREFUL, QUICK, and FRIENDLY. When we first contacted them for a quote, Zac (the owner) offered many helpful suggestions to save us time and make the move go smoother. On the day of the move, Zac and one of his veteran employees (female, actually!) were our movers. They both were so cheerful, energetic, strong, and conscientious of both our possessions and time on the clock. Pros: The 2 men were careful (from what I saw), skilled, stayed in communication with me most of the time, and their pricing was very fair. It was $640 for 5.25 hrs of moving. They also told me almost immediately that my stuff was not going to fit into the storage unit, and I was thankful they said that b/c I was able to call the warehouse and upgrade to a larger storage unit by time they were done moving my stuff.

Cons: First, they did not bring masks and refused to wear masks (even though my apartment building required it and had signs at every entrance, and it's required in King County

We had such an amazing experience yesterday with this company. The workers were professional, friendly, and worked quickly. They even managed to beat the estimated moving time by nearly two hours. Great team! I recommend this company to everyone who is getting ready to move!!

They are very responsive during the estimation and booking process. They showed up on time with the agreed upon equipment and personnel. They were friendly, and most importantly very efficient and hard working. They beat their own time estimate by hours so we ended up saving money. All of our belongings arrived at the new house in the same condition we left them at the old house. I've already recommended their services to friends.

B&Z Moving ranks at the very top of all our experiences. The 3 person team arrived on time started working, almost having fun, and had us in our new location under their estimated time. I moved from an apartment at downtown Seattle to a condo in Queen Anne (~2miles apart) on June 4, 2021. I fired up a quote request in yelp to a bunch of movers and B & Z quoted the lowest price including a $42 insurance package with no additional cost coverage for a ~$3100 valuation of my stuff. Zac from B&Z quoted ~$267 (no hidden credit card fee/fuel feel/etc) estimating the time at 2.25hrs and the move only took 3hrs in total costing me $342 with the insurance and I have no complains as all my stuff (including an LG 55" ultrathin OLED TV) was handled with good care and moved without

I’ve used B & Z Moving for 2 separate moves within the last 3 years. I can’t recommend them enough! They’re punctual, respectful of your property, and they moved my items with care. B&Z helped us with a move from a Seattle apartment and storage unit to a house less than 10 miles away. Overall, they did a solid job and I would recommend them.

Positive highlights:
- When providing an estimate, they give you a huge but detailed questionnaire and inventory sheet to fill out in order to "eliminate as much back-and-forth email as possible". It sounds like a lot of work but is actually quite effective. Zac responded within 24 hours with a very detailed estimate as well as upfront information about their box prices and valuation options. I really appreciated their transparency

B&Z moving helped with my move earlier this month. They were 90 min late due to one of their crew members having car trouble. Not a huge deal, they communicated they were on their way. My original quote was for over 6 hours and we finished in 3.5. They are fast, efficient, wear masks. No complaints here.

I have used B&Z for multiple moves now. Every time they have beat their estimate, and delivered my belongings without damage. Customer service is great. Thanks Zac, I will call you whenever we move again! Highly recommended.
