I agree with aaron warnes Brandon is horrible will treat you like trash speak down to you and harass you if he doesn't hear what he wants he is not a professional at all and should not be allowed to work with or get ahold of the customers his reminder texts are borderline harassment and I'm not referring to the automated messages there is a big difference

This place has you sign a paper that you will talk to them first about repairs. When I first tried and I was ignored I just got stuff done. I expressed concern about the brakes before purchasing and my mechanic just fixed them and told me that had I had to slam them on I would not have stopped. I pay my bills but I have nothing more to say

After months, probably closer to a year (😆🤦) of inquiring about several vehicles, I finally broke free from the nasty payment plan i was in foor far too long elsewhere and gave their vehicle back and bought one here! My payments are much more affordable now, and i love that it will be paid off in such a short time. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. Each one of them.have been friendly, courteous, helpful and have gone above and beyond. It feels like family when i walk through the doors and i love that. What a great crew. Overall my experience with these guys has been pretty good, but they aren't as knowledgeable on vehicle mechanics as you'd hope from a dealership, even if it's a used dealership. Bought a vehicle with AWD that had 4 different tires with uneven wear, and when I noticed that one of the tires was flat a week into me driving the car, they did cover the cost of replacing two of the tires.

These guys told us one thing but then did totally different. They don’t report to the credit bureau and then they sold our contract to a bank in Florida. So not only are they also not reporting the payments but they are also charging me more for making payments. I found out after the fact that my car also has a salvage title. Do not go to these guys they are nothing but crooks.

If you are in a big need of a vehicle, this place will take care of you. The nicest people. And the most easiest, fasted buying process I have ever encountered. Offered us cold drinks, and were very sweet about our very excited loud babies. These are used and well loved vehicles, but a vehicle that works none the less. We bought a cargo van for work. We couldn't be happier with our experience here.
