My refigerator stopped cooling on Tuesday morning, I asked for recommendations in my neighborhood. All of the recommendations either had bad phone numbers, were on vacation, or just simply didn't return my call. This morning I looked at Google and it pulled up Cox Appliance Service. I called Brian and he came the same day and fixed my refrigerator while he was here. So grateful to him!!

Brian is amazing and provides 10/10 service!! Last night I noticed my refrigerator/freezer was no longer cold and was leaking EVERYWHERE. I was hopeful that I had just left the door open, and that it would resolve its self by morning-- unfortunately that was not the case. I called Cox Appliance Service first thing and Brian was able to fit me in to his schedule within just a few hours and he fixed the fridge for a great price! Amazing service! Thank you so much Brian!

I called Cox Appliance Service on a Friday to look at my refrigerator where I was getting other appliance service companies I called saying they couldn't help me for over a day or more. Mr. Cox was the fifth place I called and was able to come out that same day. I liked that he gave me the price of his service call without me asking and that he would call before he was headed to my home. He was able to get to my home in the late afternoon to look at my refrigerator. By that time another service company had came and I asked him to come anyway so I can get a second opinion on my issue with my fridge

Very professional service, gave me a great recommendation, the cost to fix our washer outweighed it’s worth. He could have charged us to fix the unfixable, but as our washer may have fell down the stairs during moving (oops!) he was honest and actually saved me money. I would definitely use his services again. Highly recommend!

Made appointment for him to check appliances that were affected by water during a recent event. When he arrived, he refused to wear a mask inside my house. As recorded by my home security camera, he became agitated when I told him I needed him to wear a mask in my house in order to keep us both safe. He began raising his voice and saying that "he doesn't believe" in masks, and then mumbling some other things under his breath about those who wear them.
